
I find the user interface of Leadership Connect to be easy to use. I also like the search bar and how the agency pages are mapped by department or division. The initial setup was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think the leadership updates could be streamlined and not contain as many duplicates (one person shows up in concurrent leadership updates). Having the ability to have job descriptions for each position might be helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
