Missing some critical features like bulk moving between affiliate groups, time limits on commissions, etc. Support is not super reliable or helpful. We signed with them a year ago and they told us some of the critical features we needed were on the upcoming roadmap, and support cannot give us any clear answers. It was easy to figure out how to configure the affiliate program for different groups. Also, support team was quite reactive in providing answers to my questions. Many models for affiliate emails, Terms & conditions Template document for affiliates, etc. Affiliate Dashboard provided transparency to our affiliates. Lead Dyno integrates really well with Shopify and their 's reporting tool is better than other tools I have tried especially when it comes to reoccurring subscriptions charges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
