While Lead Angel has its merits, there were aspects that left room for improvement:

Lead Angel has taken away any sort of conflict in scheduling between our sales reps and account executives. THere used to be some favoritism when reps were booking meetings and it created a huge imbalance and arguing amongs acount executives. LeadAngel has helped us greatly with lead distribution. We were able to customize the program to fit our needs and create custom rules for our team specifically. We used to spend a lot of time monitoring and manipulating our lead routing tool. but since implementing LA we have been able to be pretty hands off, knowing that the tool is working as intended.
