What do you like best about LeadAngel?

Sometimes creating new and/or editing current lead managment workflow edits can be confusing and difficult to work through but the team at LA is always willing and ready to assist. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use lead angel as our BDR lead conversion routing tool so each sales rep gets an equal amount of opportunities based on their availabity. In addition to that it allows management to make edits on the fly to give higher weight to certain reps vs. others. It's a great tool and before LA we were doing eveything manually over Slack via a message on where this/that lead should go. Very time consuming and not efficient. What do you like best about LeadAngel?

As a sales representative, I've had the privilege to utilize various tools and software in my daily operations, and while I hold a neutral stance towards most, Lead Angel has managed to stand out in certain aspects.

Reliability: Above all, reliability in a tool is paramount. There were numerous occasions where I was in the middle of critical operations, and Lead Angel consistently came through. Knowing that I could depend on it when functioning gave me a peace of mind that is rare in today's digital age.

Streamlined Interface: Even though my sentiments lean more neutral, I cannot deny that the user-friendly interface was a boon. It made navigating and extracting vital information an easy task, enabling me to focus on what I do best: selling.

Accurate Data Management: In the world of sales, accurate data is gold. Lead Angel's capability to provide precise leads and manage them effectively meant less time sorting and more time reaching out to potential clients.

Integration Capabilities: The software's ability to seamlessly integrate with other tools I was using was a considerable advantage. It meant less shuffling between applications and more consolidated data at my fingertips.

Consistent Updates: Another noteworthy mention is the consistent updates. Even though all software have their highs and lows, Lead Angel's team seemed committed to regular improvements, which is always a good sign in terms of long-term usability.

What do you like best about LeadAngel?

Lead Angel has taken away any sort of conflict in scheduling between our sales reps and account executives. THere used to be some favoritism when reps were booking meetings and it created a huge imbalance and arguing amongs acount executives. That problem has been solved and all AEs now are on level plsying field to achieve their quota Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeadAngel?

Personally I am not a fan of how the calendar invite is styled - it looks corporate and a bit to unpersonalized for the restuarant industry I work in. This could be the way my company has it set up and I'm sure it could be changed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is solving any imbalances my company had when scheduling meetings for Acount Executives. Now all AEs have about the same number of meetings and have a fair shot in achieving quota. No more favoritism in the Sales rep to AE hand off. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LeadAngel?

Everything you need in a Lead Routing tool, with exceptional support.

They were willing to work with us to build out a custom handoff feature, which is widely used and adopted by our organization.

In terms of rollout and support they were always willing to give us their time and provide any resources and documentation to ensure we were successful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeadAngel?

There were quite a few custom development asks on our team. We needed to tweak some of them and adjust post-implementation, but this was largely due to the fact that we (the customer) did not have the time to test fully before launch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LeadAngel solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lead routing for our inbound team. The most important aspect of lead routing for us is reliability, and we have not experienced any issues with LA for lead routing.

We built a custom development handoff process with LA, which helped us further integrate our tech stack and decrease our tech stack spend significantly.

What do you like best about LeadAngel?

Smooth and seamless experience for the reps to schedule their meetings. Straight forward and easy to train on. Would definitely recommend this technology to any org! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeadAngel?

If you have more than 1 POD of AE's on slack once the lead goes into shotgun (and no one from Team A picks it up) it would be nice if it would bounce from the Team A to Team B for someone to pick up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LeadAngel?

LeadAngel has helped us greatly with lead distribution. We were able to customize the program to fit our needs and create custom rules for our team specifically. We used to spend a lot of time monitoring and manipulating our lead routing tool. but since implementing LA we have been able to be pretty hands off, knowing that the tool is working as intended. What do you dislike about LeadAngel?

No real complaints about the tool yet. There are a few minor UX things that couold be improved like automatic saving after making a change or warning the user to save changes before exiting the page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LeadAngel?

The upsides of using LeadAngel is that it keeps everything organized under one umbrella, also keep everything fair in a proper round robin format rather than relaying on the honour system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes LeadAngel doesn't work, BDR's find that there is glitches that don't let them submited the lead through LeadAngel which leads to a bit of panic trying to find an AE to take the lead Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LeadAngel?

OTS - the ability to see the channels in slack, owners, timing, shotgun, all of it. It's increased our teams ability to book on the spot meetings.

I also like that there can be multiple layers for mid-market, US commercial and Canadian commerical. Great for routing to the right channel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LeadAngel?

We've had hiccups with the gcal integration and a lot of one off scenarios that have created many instances where we've had to manually book meetings. I think a more seemless gcal integration or additional manager funcationalities to be able to easily change meetings would be nice Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
