A clean process for the modern consumer. It allows those individuals who are used to shopping online and expect a seamless process to complete the onboarding and qualification steps. My firm has leveraged the Lawbrokr platform in multiple ways: my receptionist can go through the workflow to qualify a prospective new client, the workflow (via link) is a part of the Google My Business page, and the Lawbrokr link is used on the firm website for the same purpose, to qualify leads and capture the necessary/wanted information before speaking with the prospective client for a consultation. What do you like best about Lawbrokr Storefront?

Lawbrokr is the best! It's hard to pick one thing that I like best. It's so easy to use and set up on the backend to create each buying journey. They take any feedback on product improvements seriouisly and implement the changes asap. The userfacing workflow for submissions works flawlessly and provides a great user experience for potential new customers. Reporting stats are also easily accessible to tell where the submissions are coming from. It also integrates with Clio so there is no additional work adding leads into our CRM. With each workflow, it takes a lot of legwork out of qualifying leads that come in our door. Potential customers are able to clearly identify their legal issue through questions in the workflow which makes it easy for us to know if we can help them or not. It makes for an engaging, seamless buying journey online that we have seen a huge increase in conversion rates our our website and GMB profiles after implementation. What do you like best about Lawbrokr Storefront?

Lawbroker is easy for our clients to use, as well as our front desk staff. It took two days for our Lawbrokr account to be up and running. We use Lawbrokr daily as it is on our website, Google account, and social media pages. As far was we can tell, there are unlimited number of practice areas you can show (which is helpful for boutique firms like ours). Customer service is spot on an easy to communicate with. Before hand, we were using a Clio Grow integration on our website and Lawbrokr has made our website look that much better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Really enjoy that it streamlines my process so that I can quickly see an overview of whether an intake fits within my practice. This allows me to quickly assess whether to proceed with booking an intake call or to send out a referral email.
