**What do you like best about Inbound Marketing?**

I value strategic guidance and their strong content and SEO capabilities, which really stand out. I love their effective automation workflows that drive results, making me keen to continue and expand our collaboration. I also find their content strategy, SEO expertise, and automated nurturing workflows most valuable as they consistently improve visibility, lead quality, and conversion rates. Content strategy attracts and educates the right audience, SEO increases our visibility, and automated workflows engage leads at the right time, boosting lead quality, conversions, and revenue. Plus, they helped us implement Salesforce, streamlining lead management, automating nurturing workflows, and providing detailed analytics for better decision-making. Inbound Marketing helps us attract better leads, improve engagement, and reduce marketing costs, resulting in higher conversions and stronger customer relationships.

**What do you dislike about Inbound Marketing?**

I’d like to see more frequent reporting and proactive suggestions for campaign optimization. This would enhance our ability to act quickly on insights and maximize results.
