What do you like best about Launchpad CRM?

It’s a good platform, I spent my time in it showcasing integrations. Setting up integrations wasn’t too difficult which was nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Launchpad CRM?

Lacking documentation. I would have liked this product a lot more if it was documented well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Launchpad CRM:

There are a lot of integration points. It’s not the typical one we see and the documentation isn’t all the way there. So setting up something i can demo with took a while. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Launchpad CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

The issues I was solving were to store data in one central area with a solution decently priced. Most customers that had launchpad liked the product / structure to store data Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike the way have to manually check all contents that are in the bag when you have lots of things you're wanting to scan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Launchpad CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

A potential cure for time loss! It takes all of the different programs you use to track your time, expenses, utilization, and several others and puts them all into one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Its online and cheap other than that not much else Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is a redundant system, you have to enter a client in multiple times and running a report is a long process and hard to do Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's pricey, and can be a little overkill. But if that is what you need it's good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Launchpad CRM solving and how is that benefiting you?

This CRM allows you to see what is going on with your business. It shows you in what products you can increase revenue, demographics you should focus more on, it gives great sales forecasts. Although the forecasts didn't take in account the current Coronavirus crisis but that is not to be expected. Also the use of the cloud and the fact that the information is accessible from every as long as you have an internet connection is great. We needed the help of the support a couple of times during implementation and they were great! Fast and professional! I can recommend Launchpad CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Launchpad CRM?

The Launchpad CRM platform is attractive and allows for quick access to all of your productivity applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If anything, I don't like that I can't clear system alerts once I've read them (such as a message telling me the CPE tile that has been temporarily removed). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Launchpad CRM?
