They are reachable and are continuesly supportin gus. **What do you dislike about Launchmetrics?** Not much things I dislike about LMS and all the things i dislike, Sean and his team are looking into our request making the adjustments. **What problems is Launchmetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** A few problems LMS is solvng for example are The unfuciencies on the inbound depratment to where we use to manually enter data for new product coming in. Now its more process driven to where by given us a road map to upload import into LMS it makes us more efficent and give us time to do other things. Tracking efficiency reports before where not as detailed as LMS. Now we are using those details to keep track and creat efficiency reports and be able to monitor are our day to day business. ### 2. The only issues I've run into when this happens are when I return to the sample manager and print barcodes and accidentally print 40 barcodes as opposed to my selection of 5. Many of the processes have terms that mean something else and are locked or hard to change to our company's representation. This leads to us having to issue trainings for the terms that mean two completely different subjects. We use the data from Launchmetrics to provide our security team with info to go back to the credit card companies to help defend our ticket revenue. Everyone from our customer success partner to the product managers and developers have been extremely open and responsive to feedback and willing to provide solutions to our unique needs. **What do you dislike about Launchmetrics?** There are certain features of the platform that we do wish were a bit more customizable to better fit our needs, especially in the Galleries platform such as filtering options in showrooms, custom fields for reporting/tracking, more inventory management offerings, etc. The team is always extremely grateful and eager to receive feedback and suggestions on platform improvement, however it does seem to be a rather long lead time to have most improvements rolled out. **What problems is Launchmetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** Launchmetrics is helping us digitize our sample library, creating a less manual, more automated and efficent send out process. Overall we are super happy with the tool. **What do you dislike about Launchmetrics?** Sometimes, when online medias have made changes in their sites, old clippings show up as new ones. It's time consuming to manually upload socail clippings not caught by Launchmetrics. For us, as a fast-growing fashion startup, LM has brought a lot of centralization and order to an otherwise chaotic tug-of-war among departments for samples. **What do you dislike about Launchmetrics?** Nothing particularly wrong - if there's ever a glitch or an obstacle with user capabilities, the Launchmetrics team responds swiftly (Charlotte & Jasmine in particular) and adapts the system to suit our needs. **What problems is Launchmetrics solving and how is that benefiting you?** LM solves the issue of not knowing the availability of a sample, the timing of different departments needing the samples and also provides transparency on alternative samples that could be used instead when unavailable. A lot of time has been saved as teams would historically have to ask at least 3 different people for the location, status and condition of each and every sample needed. The reports are also very slow to generate.
