
What I liked the most is that from the start it has been easy to get up and running. The upfront sales and getting started is very painless and fairly easy to get install and turn on and begin processing customers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The pace of fixing problems, bugs, feature updates, and community requests is painfully slow. I love the company and as I suspect most of the community does, wish they would just try and have a regular monthly cadence to releases (less big updates, and lots of small ones). Then maybe a major update every 12 mos.
The second kind of major thing I don't like is that we can only accept Stripe. The Stripe service is slow to pay me and often times I am out of pocket (paying my employees) for days or up to a week before I get paid for jobs that have been booked, completed, and paid via Stripe. I would appreciate SQUARE and others to be supported at some point. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
