I like that Launch Control enables me to reach more markets, and allows me to import important land details like APN, making it easier to stay in touch with leads automatically through drips. I appreciate that their customer team is accessible, and I can get priority support no matter the plan I'm on, which is super important since I'm a beginner. It’s super safe and I don't have to worry about compliance, plus they recently eased template requirements making it easier to get in touch. I love that it's super easy to just communicate with a human for support, with no robot interaction. I wish there was an auto-tagging system for certain words that would help me a ton. If a lead replied with yes it can put them in hot or warm status or if a lead replies with interested maybe it can trigger another status so I don't have to do so much manual work. I really value Launch Control's AI Content Builder because it means I don't have to struggle with templates myself; everything is built-in, compliant, and takes a great approach. I appreciate how they take care of your numbers' health on the backend, so I don't have to worry about anything, including compliance. The fact that I get a dedicated Text Marketing Expert to guide me for free is a part of their great service. I'm impressed with the quality of the leads as they are legit, and response rates are great. They integrate my CRM free of charge and even build a free website for my 10dlc, which isn't something other platforms do.
