What do you like best about Lattice?

Very neat graphical interface which make it easy to identify links. Its easy to stay on one screen and access all the features from one single user interface. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lattice?

If you haven't used the application for a long time then you need keep searching for things. The background may be a brighter to make it easy to read the content Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Lattice:

It needs to be more intuitive when it comes to the UI with some changes in the background colors and more active images. Right now it seems very plain more like a note pad. Overall its a great application to be used in any organizational setting to make it easy for everyone within the company from HR to all levels of employees trying to find who is doing what and who reports to which person so that they can reach and interact with each other appropriately and without any confusions. What problems is Lattice solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ease of structuring the organizational hierarchy, its easy to view the structure. It allows me to see my own profile in an easy to read fashion making it quick and more efficient and time saving. It allows other people to look at my information and contact me as per their needs. It helps everyone to co-ordinate easily without having to look at multiple places to find my designation, title and information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
