Latitude.sh (formerly Maxihost) attracted me initially because of the incredible flexibility you have when setting up your server with custom operating systems or hypervisors. Their prices are also very fair. I continue to host with them because time after time their customer service is incredible. While their networking is very capable I would like to see more SDN and NFV capabilities. I would also love to see a drag and drop sort of infrastructure creation tool where you can map out your storage, compute, etc and draw wires to create a logical representation of what you are about to deploy. Latitude is a provider of data center hosting services, and I must say that their product's user interface is impressive. Furthermore, their customer support service is prompt and highly efficient. So far we havent found too many downsides. I suppose support could be a little faster, but in general, if you mark something as being down, they get to it in around 30 min.
