The issue I struggled with was finding a password manager that worked everywhere I needed it to. Most of the platforms I found fell short, but one day I stumbled upon LastPass, and it completely changed the way I save, store, use, share, and manage all of the crucial login credentials I have to use multiple times on a daily basis. LastPass is installed on my phone, on my home computer, on my work computer, and on a tablet. Everywhere I go, LastPass does too. I love that they also store passkeys for accounts, which makes logging in so much more secure, but with LastPass, using a passkey is no longer a drawn-out process that takes a ton of time to get dialed in every time you want to use it. You can set up LastPass to complete an auto-login process for you, so when you get to a website you want to log into, LastPass takes over and gets you into your account before you even realize it. The platform is secure. It reminds me every time I have a reused or weak password. Clicking on one of the providers in your vault takes you straight to the login page, without the need to type anything in. Getting everything set up on my computer and all of my accounts was incredibly easy. Getting all of my accounts signed in and passwords or other sensitive data stored on the platform made integration a really intuitive process. Finally, LastPass is fairly inexpensive for what it does. I joined when LastPass was free, and I wish you could still use it in multiple locations while still being free, but I don't mind paying for quality software, and I definitely feel LastPass fits in this category. **What do you dislike about LastPass?** I wish LastPass had remained free, like it was in previous years, but I can understand why they needed to charge for the service, and I don't mind paying for it. There are definitely some known bugs that have existed for years that have yet to be fixed, but every major software product I can think of has these. One thing I wish would work a little better is staying logged into a computer or device I use frequently. Not only that but I can securely store all sorts of information including other passwords that and logons I can search and copy paste to where they are needed, notes, banking and card information and many others that I want to keep safe. I have also recently started using the Passkeys feature to great success. When accessing webpages that require sign-ins, I now go directly to the LastPass extension in my browser and search the site from there. I can then launch the link and majority of the time LastPass will autofill and login for me automatically. As a network admin, LastPass has been quite easy to roll out to our staff. Initially they didn't see the value in it when comparing to saving passwords into their browser of choice. Once I explain the security benefits and that they are able to access LastPass in other locations and on their mobile devices they come around relatively quickly. **What do you dislike about LastPass?** I have been using LastPass for a few years now and nothing comes to mind. **What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?** LastPass has enabled our ICT team to have a secure shared location for passwords and logons instead of storing them in a spreadsheet or other type of document. We use it constantly every day and it has become a vital tool in our business. It also integrates well with all the browsers we use and all of us use the plug-in to facilitate its use. **What do you dislike about LastPass?** I've sometimes had a few issues with the process of setting up a new user and linking their business and family accounts together but generally once it is up and running, it is problem free. The settings are a little complicated and non-intuitive too (the interface isn't great in terms of design) - changing settings so that LastPass automaticaly signs out isn't particularly clear. **What problems is LastPass solving and how is that benefiting you?** LastPass means we no longer use repeated or simple passwords as well as allows all users of the company access to all the sites necessary to conduct our business, without sharing passwords in an unsafe way. ## LastPass Discussions -
