With Lanteria HR, we manage some basic HR processes, including time tracking and approving leave requests, document management, onboarding processes and performance appraisal. Employees closely work with its Time & Attendance tracking module to approve their leave requests, track time spent on projects and calculate their leave balance. What problems is Lanteria HR solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our company bought Lanteria mainly for performance management, which it did brilliantly. Performance appraisal forms were very user-friendly and fully customizable (as our HR has said), we also liked employee development tracking and very cool feature called employee check-ins. What do you like best about Lanteria HR?

I think that it is very useful for Human Resources teams that are trying to track all of the daily tasks related to managing personnel at an enterprise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
