If the built-in reports cannot meet the requirement, users need understand the database tables to create reports themselves which is not easy for everyone if has no knowledge about how database works or links together.

Its newly cloud instance provides much better data analysis and asset topology however it requires to send data to AWS Ireland data centre which causes concerns of data sovereignty issue.

It has very attractive pricing on the market.
