A real person answered the sales/support line within a few minutes when I called to cancel my subscription. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The information for half of the properties in my own neighborhood was outdated and/or just wrong. I feel I can't trust the information it provides to be accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Landvoice is always extremely late on their data or completely wrong.

1. Expireds in some days are uploaded an other days there are no expireds at all so my team missed out on calling. When I call to have the issue fixed I was told there are no expireds for that day... I also have Vulcan 7 and they had new expireds uploaded that day. It is extremely inconvenient and had not been fixed.

2. There data can be completely wrong. I was calling expireds and the people I was calling were all confused and had not had there home in the market in years. So I look very unprofessional and this is a continuing issue. I would not recommend landvoice to any realtors at all! I use Vulcan 7 now and plan on ditching the landvoice account Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

they claim to get the most numbers, Sales was a nice guy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Landvoice provides phone numbers for lead gen. When you have Landvoice auto upload to your autodialer, it sends all the DoNotCall call numbers too. Landvoice claims this is not their issue and it is the autodialers issue(MOJO). Landvoice said to manual download, delete DNC and upload to autodialer. My arguement was why do that when other vendors do it with just a click of a box to NOT upload DNC numbers. they denied my refund, I emailed the CEO yesterday and no response.

Love that the numbers are almost always the right number. Also, love that the status is updated so I do not have to cross reference the MLS. Their customer service is fantastic and they go way above and beyond other competing services with the products they offer and the support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
