**What do you like best about LandlordStation.com?**

Our firm appreciated the depth of the listings, which includes all open real estate listings in NYC. It includes a lot more than its competitors at a cheaper price. Also screens applicants very well.

**What do you dislike about LandlordStation.com?**

There is not much we dislike, the website and verification process are quick and easy to view. 

**Recommendations to others considering LandlordStation.com:**

The first pricing model covers everything, no need to get the more expensive price models as they work the same.

**What problems is LandlordStation.com solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to collect zoning data when working with developers and clients on the residential side, to provide future simulations on tenants, as well as verifying current ones for various properties.
