you can manage bookings,requests, tenants payments, work orders  and tasks

there was not anything that I did not like, but it was a little slow

**What do you like best about Landlord Terminal PMS?**

Really helps keep CRM up to date, allows for better organization and recordkeeping, helps to onboard new residents and maintain files.

**What do you dislike about Landlord Terminal PMS?**

It is a bit clunky, meaning slow, doesn't have everything necessary for PM, SUCH AS WORK ORDER PROCESSING IN THE WAY THAT OTHERS DO, NO APP,

**What problems is Landlord Terminal PMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

with the crm management and onboarding organization it helps us to boost retention and occupancy rates and reduce marketing time and costs
