If you have an idea, you can almost certainly implement it, and the support team have been excellent in my experience so far. Highly recommended for anyone looking to automate, simplify or create processes for any issue or idea. **What do you dislike about Landbot?** There's little to dislike - if the functionality isn't directly included, you can almost certainly find or create a workaround with some critical thinking. The only downside I would say is that for some of these workarounds, you're on your own, so they can be a tad tedious to figure out. Survey bots. Here, we're 'disrupting' the survey by using a conversational rather than standard survey approach. Response rates are far higher. 2. Support bots. Our principle 'use-case' is in learning and development so here we are able to use the bot to help people navigate through a 'linear' learning process / training course in a 'non-linear' way (the bot asks the user what they know and don't know, then just shows them the content / training to tell them what they don't know). This is a game-changer for learning and development. 3. NLP bots. Most to server FAQs in a more conversational way. Questions and queries have been reduced. ### 17. It allowed me to create a well functioning and clear MVP for my startup with its very intuitive interface. Additionally, Customer Service is excellent! The team really works hard to solve your issues and review your questions, whether in person or through chat. **What do you dislike about Landbot?** As you build on the bot and it gets more and more complex, sometimes it goes a little crazy, whether by attaching newly created blocks to other flows or connecting blocks that were not linked before. That can be very annoying since you only realize it happened once you're running and bot and something doesn't work. While Customer Service is stellar, not having support 24/7 is really complicated for those not located in Europe. I am located in Mexico and would constantly have a one-day delay in response since the team is working in UTC and would end the day when I was barely starting work on this side of the globe. The amount of customization, flexibility, and honestly freedom Landbot offers is unparalleled. **What do you dislike about Landbot?** The only thing I wish Landbot did was to have more control over timing and being able to push users to specific blocks after a given amount of time. **Recommendations to others considering Landbot:** It's simply the most flexible Chatbot platform out there. It works for pretty much any chatbot use case. If you need to gather information from users, process it, and output it somewhere else, Landbot is the way to go. The pricing model is great, and the plans include plenty to dial in what you need. The support is outstanding and was especially helpful when building out my demo bot to ensure Landbot could handle what I wanted it to do. They walked me through how to go from Landbot variables to JavaScript and integrate it with Google Sheets and Airtable. Every time I have an issue, no matter if it's with the Landbot platform or one of the integrations or custom code I try, they're always willing to help, and I very much appreciate that about them. Before Landbdot, we tried various other chatbot platforms with varying levels of success. Landbot was the only one we found that we could appropriately embed in outside websites and apps. It is also the only platform we've found that can check for responses from users and act upon them in the complicated ways we require. Best of all, we could achieve all of this with little to no code. **What problems is Landbot solving and how is that benefiting you?** I run a virtual trivia game show that needs to compare two strings for similarities 26 times over the span of an hour. Landbot is the only platform I have found that can accept open-answers, run a JavaScript function using them, then output the results to various outside platforms.
