Lambdatest at the free tier was great when I wanted to test a app on the platform. It's implementation of devices is really nice and the customer support helped me a lot when I ran into a issue with one of their devices. Other than that it was really easy to use due to it's integration into web browsers not requiring additional software to run as it only needs a web browser. The thing which I like about lambda test is it has wide range of devices for both platforms Android as well as iOS, which makes testing a lot easier without actually owning those devices.We can also set different custom configuration for devices which help in testing the edge case and also helps in testing wide range of features on different devices. In my opinion, the button that opens the browser console is in an unintuitive location, and it was hard to find it the first time.

LambdaTest will make cross-browser testing simple, which is what I enjoy about it. I no longer have to worry about compatibility concerns because it supports a wide range of browsers and versions. I mainly use for my web testing and mobile app testing. We can easily use and my team is reguler use this platform to get bugs. Also, their customer team is also friendly and we able to talk with them on call or email. This is the best as I have seen till now.

I seriously had no idea what LamdaTest was before one of my colleagues showed me, now I am not able to ship products without the help of LamdaTest for testing, to make sure everything is running perfectly.

I used to generally have to shuffle through different devices and that too would take a long time and money, but with LamdaTest it's so quicker and to the point, one click and that's it.

Sometimes, there are some issues with screen sizes, even though I might have selected a particular size and version, still the browser won't figure it out on itself, and then I would have to manually restart that config again.

I did encounter some challenges, particularly on mobile. Apple Pay Support and GPS Location were unavailable, limiting certain testing scenarios. Switching between mobile browsers felt cumbersome, and I experienced URL loss on iPhone when switching between browsers, which disrupted workflow. Additionally, I received an error message when trying to Mark as Bug due to a credential issue, which impacted efficiency. Finally, local testing didn’t activate in desktop mode as expected, which was a setback for some tests. Overall, LambdaTest offers powerful features for comprehensive testing, but addressing these mobile-specific and bug creation issues would make it an even stronger tool.
