We have used uibot robots for more than 6 months and invested a total of 8 robots in multiple scenarios of the financial department. At present, our financial reimbursement efficiency has increased by 300%. In the past six months, the product has operated stably without errors. Combined with the OCR module in AI products, it seamlessly connects the entry of invoice to ERP system. AI module configuration is very simple and easy to use, which can be used quickly. It's easy to learn for me, as an average clerk. I can finish some processes all by myself.

So far so good, DO not have particular unsatisfactory , but I know Laiye has certain limitations, also I know it has AI platform so I will try to use it.

RPA depliyment requires a clear understanding of the process operation, and sometimes there is an information error between developers and business people, resulting in inaccurate processes, however, this is also a widespread problem of friction between IT and business people. the good thing is that Laiye RPA is very easy to learn, and we are now encouraging business people to learn and develop their own processes. What problems is Laiye RPA solving and how is that benefiting you?

Currently used in the financial department: bank daily flow download reconciliation scenario, tax declaration scenario and tax archiving scenario. There is a lot of repetitive work in these scenarios. The finance department used a total of 5 robots, with an efficiency increase of 200%. The working hours of six financial staff were released. In the finance department, we put in two robots. After the process went online, our financial reimbursement efficiency increased by 250%. During one quarter of use, the product runs stably without errors. Later, we will complete the contract comparison scenario with the help of laiye's NLP capability.
