The ability to add a lot # and get all the requisite tests required for that test seen on one screen. After a few weeks of training, you start to learn to deal with the clumsiness of the design. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not intuitive at all. Tiny tiny fonts make it hard to discern one lot # from another. Trying to add projects requires a new project for each sample, even though they are a part of a sample set. And once you add the samples, there is no real link between the project number and lab # without going out one screen and to another.

Adding another set of labels after you've received the samples took me an hour to figure out. If I'm receiving a set, I should be able to reprint off a 'recently received' screen, instead of digging through the whole thing, then asking a coworker to help out.
