It is state of the art system [LIMS and ELN] with very extensive functionality that is highly configurable as needed. The consultative and product support is very helpful from start to finish, implementation and beyond.

There is not much to dislike about this product. It is very comprehensive and usable out of the box, unlike the competitor's products that are require high level of customization. They promise out of box functionality that actually requires consultation and customization by their highly priced consultants.
