What do you like best about LABHQ LIMS?

The system offers features to control samples and issue unique identification for samples.

Samples can be assigned to individual or a selection of test types, which can speed up registration.

The setup and design of test methods is simple and allows flexibility that can work with many existing processes, making the integration and implementation very straight forward.

The LabHQ team provide quick and helpful support in the event that I need additional support. The online guide and support is also very useful for learning and getting to grips with the system.

Reporting and certificate templates are flexible and allow us to customise our output to match our customer's requirements.

The system is straight forward and easy to use, and is a system that is fundamental to our routine and daily operations and proven to be reliable for what we have needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LABHQ LIMS?

We do utilise over a thousand test methods in the system, it can sometimes become difficult to differentiate these, but a clear naming structure has helped resolve this. The ability to see the usage and frequency of prticular methods could be beneficial to administrators and system managers to support with monitoring of workloads and customer demands. What problems is LABHQ LIMS solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sample registration and labelling - This is critical to our pharmaceutical testing and greatly supports with control of samples.

Data entry and verification - Having clear roles that allow data to undergo second person verification, prior to additional approval, provides us with a robust process for confirming that data being sent to our clients is accurate. This massively reduces errors compared to alternative methods, such as using spreadsheets and uncontrolle copies of data.

Control of methods - setup and use of methods within the LIM is simple and allows us to ensure that the required raw data is being recorded by analysts. This again is critical and supports our focus on good data recording for GMP applications. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about LABHQ LIMS?

- Laboratory Information Management System fully compliant with GMP.

- Simplifies the management of high sample throughput.

- Client interface allows them to download their certificates and access their data at any point.

- Easy to trend data for both QC and Stability Studies.

What do you dislike about LABHQ LIMS?

- It would be great if it could link to other software. For example, Chromatographic Data System, so that results can be uploaded direct without the need for manual transcription.

- The ability to fully design your own certificate templates would be beneficial for different clients and different data types. There is currently some flexibility but not to the point where certificates can be bespoke for a client.

Easy and intuitive to use

Keeps the sample lifecycle all in one place from receipt to workbook generation, to result approval and certificates.

Automatically generates certificates and allows the clients to download their certificates with ease.

Good for data trending.

What do you dislike about LABHQ LIMS?

Flags samples as reported late when the scheduled completion date was met but not the contracted completion date. This makes it harder to do reporting metrics without manually going through the data.

Fully auditable software, all changes are recorded and viewable.

Software is intuitive to a new user and contains powerful tools for experienced users.

LabHQ is easy to train out to new users and different levels of access limit the impact of any mistakes.

Customer Support is friendly and efficient.

Capable of handling large quantities of sample data.

LabHQ automatically generates client-facing documents to a high quality standard, saving time.

Experienced users can easily customise test suites, templates, products to suit different requirements.

The software can sometimes struggle with complex tests where a high number of inputs are present or lots of calculations are performed.

What do you like best about LABHQ LIMS?

LabHQ LIMS has introduced another level of efficiency into the laboratory environment.The ability to set up products, testing suites and methods to our internal requirments provides a flexible approach that can be made bespoke to our needs. Outputs such as trend reports provides a statistical overview of the results being generated. LabHQ is used daily and has improved the efficiency of our analysis, verification and approval of data. What do you dislike about LABHQ LIMS?

What do you like best about LABHQ LIMS?

Easy to use not requiring a great deal of IT knowledge.

Gives the laboratory instant notification when sample have been submitted to schedule testing/allocate resources.

The system is fully compliant with GMP regulations.

Simplifies the process for submission of data following the completion of testing.

Allows for easy trending of data.

Allows the client to tailor the certificate to match their requirements.

Searching for specific samples/batches can be difficult.

What do you like best about LABHQ LIMS?

LabHQ has a simple and intuitive design making it quick and easy to learn. The approval of certificates of analysis is extremely quick, especially compared to other systems and paper-based processes. The ability to trend sample data within the system allows for fast identification of questionable and out of specification results.

As a system admin, I find the setup of new user accounts in LabHQ to be a simple and easy process yet it still has a good level of flexibility in permission sets.

What do you like best about LABHQ LIMS?

The interface is easy to use and intuitive. Trending can be easily reviewed and the flexibility it has makes this a very useful tool.

The generation of CofAs is much easier and more streamlined than manual processes, saving resouce that would go into generation and checking of the CofAs.

What do you dislike about LABHQ LIMS?

What do you like best about LABHQ LIMS?

LabHQ enables efficient management of a sample lifecycle for both the laboratory and the client. The ability to apply a suite of methods enables easy registration and product set up. I particularly like the features available to trend data and this can be done pre-approval.
