We are now able to use our guides/checklists with signatures/dates to show accuracy and accountablility. We are using SG as a learning tool. Easy to create a new guide and very fast at updating changes. Great experience using the platform however there are some features I do feel SwipeGuide are lacking and could introduced. **What do you dislike about L2L?** 1. Having the ability to duplicate full topics and not just individual steps and instructions would be very helpful for our application. Since we are creating similar guides for multiple lines this would allow the creation of guides to be much quicker and more easy. 2. The ability to see reports in real time as they are filled out on the admin account would be useful to see the progress of checklists and catch small issues before they become big problems. This is something that Pierre and Adele are helping with for our specific application so hopefully a solution to this can be found. **What problems is L2L solving and how is that benefiting you?** SwipeGuide is giving a digital solution to our cleaning processes that can be auditted. We currentluy use paper documents and excel sheets to complete this. The excel sheet at this stage does give a better real time visulisation than SwipeGuide and is the reason we have not fully switched to using SwipeGuide yet. ### 15. A short example is that yesterday I created a new account for one of our employees who wanted to create an user instruction. (he was made enthusiastic by hearing how much it helped his colleagues) Within 30 minutes he was able to have used the platform and finish creating the instruction on how to use our instrument for measuring viscosity. **What do you dislike about L2L?** It is not perse a dislike but more of a point of improvement. SwipeGuide is relatively a young company therefore certain features could still be lacking. For example checklist offer only a yes or no option. For some companies that would be enough but we need a bit more options to create detailed reports. However with the way the support is given by the SwipeGuide team I have no doubt that the product will be developed much further. In our evaluation calls the team listens to the needs of me and my team and look towards a way of implementing the needs in the system. **What problems is L2L solving and how is that benefiting you?** SwipeGuide is solving for us that we get the 'tribal' knowledge out of the head of the operators and into a system. The system is available to everyone that needs to work in our production. We take a burden of the knowledgeable and experienced operators and we make our proces more sturdy. If someone would be to fall out due to whatever reasons we would have lost a lot of knowledge without SwipeGuide. ### 16. Within half an hour we created a guide including visuals. There was some unclarity about the fact that I had to fill in a workspace code. We also struggle with retrieving data that SG collects. As a technical writer for the swipe guides, I also appreciated that the software was easy to use and very user friendly. Adding information, moving information around, and adding pictures or videos was a breeze. **What do you dislike about L2L?** If you are experiencing a problem and the swipe guide for troubleshooting does not fix the issue on hand, you need to dig further. Also, a phone/tablet is required to scan the QR codes however in our current lab, none of the chemists working have a work phone/tablet they can use. **What problems is L2L solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have written these swipe guides to have posted around our laboratory for a variety of things such as, but not limited to, summarizing SOP's on equipment calibration, equipment use, and troubleshooting equipment or hardware issues. ### 27. It can be hard to remember the details of certain tasks when you do them once a month. It is nice to know I can refresh my memory in a few short clicks. The image and video upload allows for easy understanding between writer and reader. The security of the site is, additionally, a big plus. Everyone is very pleased with the accessibility and assistance with the learning curve. Furthermore how it allows for a more effective production period on a day-to-day basis leading to more checks done daily and smaller issues that would once go unnoticed be discovered and resolved reducing the likelihood of downtime. **What do you dislike about L2L?** The only thing I would see as a downside is the lack of a "Gif Making" area on the site, having to instead use other websites to create gifs which if Swipe Guide had this built in would lead to faster development times of material. **What problems is L2L solving and how is that benefiting you?** SwipeGuide helped in a multitude of issues that faced the company I worked in ranging from reducing the need for paper on the factory floor, improving upon both training SOP's and the total frequency of checks being done but most importantly the quality of the checks being carried out. SwipeGuide gave us a window into seeing the total duration of the checks, a sign-off sheet showing who was responsible for completing the check and an option to provide evidence such as photos or videos which can be used to great effect especially for things such as machine minder or technical checks that are carried out daily. ### 50.
