Customer support is engaging and responsive. Itegrating the product into the workforce is easily accomplished with tablets on the floor. The number of features is sufficient for our use-case. While we do not have a frequent usage of the product currently, our goal is to do a more widespread training in the near future. **What do you dislike about L2L?** Minimal length of videos allowed for each step makes instructions more difficult to complete. It is also a bit difficult to quickly see which instructions are published and which are unpublished. I also dislike the ability to not publish part of an instruction while it is being modified. As well it seems like the platform works great on a computer but is not tablet or mobile friendly. **What problems is L2L solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can identify by downtime reports for multiple same issue reports on one individual machine, which allows us to troubleshoot and find an better answer to why the machine is failing. ### 22. You can see where you've been with complete history of machines, uptime, downtime, what the problems are and how they were resolved. Even people who "Don't like computers" are comfortable in L2L. **What problems is L2L solving and how is that benefiting you?** There was a time when we didn't really know what issues we were dealing with on the plant floor. We had a sense of what the problems were and which machines were down more often.
