  ### 1. SG has been an absolute game changer for training and consistent quality on our production floor!

**What do you like best about L2L?**

The translation feature makes things easy for our learners who English is not their first language. Engineers can easily make guides in English and auto-translate into so many languages.

**What do you dislike about L2L?**

Our full facility now uses Swipe Guide, and we have never had better Quality and Production numbers!

**What problems is L2L solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Solving the big problem of outdated process documentation on the production floor. It's also saving our engineers a TON of time and leg work to pushing those updates to the floor.  It is also helping us eliminate some of the old "tribal mentality" where knowledge is all kept in a tenured employees head, running the risk of us losing the know how when they retire, pursue other employment, etc. It's benefiting us with better, faster, more consistent quality product going out the door every day.

**What do you like best about L2L?**

The software is easy to use and it connects different areas within our plant, so we all know what is happening if further down in our process issues may arise in our department before it gets to us.

**What do you dislike about L2L?**

I think the app is cluttered and on certain instances dispatches are created instantly from a simple missed key instead of once my checklist is saved.

**What problems is L2L solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It brings several departments within our plant together and helps us work better as a team. It allows us to get information out to a lot more people within our organization who may not have access to email.

**What do you like best about L2L?**

I like L2L for its constant evolution and the insights it offers. I appreciate the insights that allow me to use AI to get specific data quickly.

**What do you dislike about L2L?**

The Work Order Page, Work Order Request Page, and Gantt Chart are outdated compared to the actual capability of the system. Their functionality is not user-friendly, and the visual appearance is not great. Additionally, it takes a while to get known issues fixed, which is frustrating when something that was supposed to work from the beginning doesn't.

**What problems is L2L solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use L2L for data tracking, RCA, time tracking, visual identification, and storing and accessing documents.

**What do you like best about L2L?**

What I like best about L2L is how seamlessly it connects operations and empowers teams with real-time visibility. The machine dashboard is incredibly intuitive—it gives a clear snapshot of performance, downtime, and efficiency at a glance. I also really appreciate the dispatch information; it keeps everyone aligned and responsive, making it easy to prioritize tasks and stay on top of what's happening across the floor.

**What do you dislike about L2L?**

What I find most challenging about L2L is accessing clear guidance on setting up and using e-kanban. The information feels a bit scattered, which makes it tough to get started confidently. I also think their API documentation could benefit from a refresh—especially with more beginner-friendly sample code. That would go a long way in helping new users integrate and build with ease.

L2L is an information hub for me, it takes away the guesswork and helps visualize recurring problems which helps me solve problems quicker

I find L2L easy to use. The scheduling feature is great for managing my PM's, and the operator portals are useful for viewing line efficiency. It's an all-in-one solution for tracking production histories, breakdowns, and more. I don't usually have much issue with the system.

I like this system a lot. I can't think of anything I don't like.

L2L helps with parts, line efficiency, and maintenance tracking. It tracks production, PMs, and parts inventory, making it an all-in-one solution. The easy scheduling and operator portals improve lines efficiency.

**What do you like best about L2L?**

I find L2L easy to operate, which makes my tasks more manageable. I like that it holds a ton of data, aiding in thorough quality checks. I appreciate how you can look up what lines are running and see if they are running red or green, which helps track operations effectively.

**What do you dislike about L2L?**

I don't like having to log in every time to authenticate every check even though I'm already logged in, just leave it at that.

L2L helps me find data from HFIs and pictures of defects easily. It's easy to operate, holds a ton of data, and lets me see which lines are running and their status.

I think Cluttered and non-intuitive, dispatches are creative without being able to finish it first. Like a miss key is punch in.

**What do you like best about L2L?**

L2L is very intuitive to use, especially when it comes to using things like filters to search through dispatches, or using its APIs. Also, from an Admin perspective, being able to change password policies locally is extremely useful.

**What do you dislike about L2L?**

Certain icons are not customizable, meaning for some dropdown tabs it can get confusing as to what you are searching for.

**What problems is L2L solving and how is that benefiting you?**

L2L is solving the issue of tracking our production lines including downtime and production numbers. Through this, they track our dispatches and the mechanics/engineers assigned to them. For us, this means having an easier and central way to track and solve machine downtime in our plant. This is a critical system in our MES environment to keep our production floor running.

**What do you like best about L2L?**

I think that for the most part, The API is very well made and simple to use and understand. 

The customer service is excellent, Every time I have an issue they respond promptly and solve my issue promptly. The Operator Portal is very easy to use and shows a lot of important information

**What do you dislike about L2L?**

Some of the fields being obscured by default in the setup section is annoying. There are many properties of a machine or tooling that are only visible when you export the list to an excel file. I don't want to keep downloading excel files when I want to see info on a machine or too. Additionally, the API does not provide the ability to check if a user need training on the line that they are signed into. This info is displayed in operator portal so I know it is stored somewhere.

This is helping with machine maintenance and responding to issues during production. It also helps with documentation and preventative maintenance

As a process intern, I use L2L every day to monitor line status and access important documents. What I appreciate most is how the data visualization allows me to quickly understand information at a glance, making my tasks easier.

**What do you dislike about L2L?**

L2L would be improved with a more modern-looking user interface, especially for document editing and creating revision pages.

**What problems is L2L solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This tool has made it much easier to review all dispatches at the end of a shift. The data it provides is extremely helpful for identifying issues and trends, which in turn supports efforts to improve our lines and processes - this isn't just data for data's sake; it empowers our team to make data-driven decisions that directly improve our processes, increase Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), and drive continuous improvement.

In addition to their creative structure of the software, great customer service and ease to navigate, the new add on's like SwipeGuide (including onboarding and design) are very easy to navigate, setting up and enhance to our business.

**What do you dislike about L2L?**

Feature requests and JIRA tickets take some time to deploy, and relatively often, other enhancements come in before the ones we need for current workflows. This does come with immediate feedback and collaborative support from L2L and us.

**What problems is L2L solving and how is that benefiting you?**

"One source of truth" and "Creating Lean Management workflows for streamline and transparent communication" where waste is not longer hidden.

**What do you like best about L2L?**

The practicality and its standard functionalities, a model already designed with categories and functional groups that are easy to implement, make the system, in general, seem simple and robust at the same time. Of course, each company has its own particularities, but L2L has managed to capture the essence of each of the great pillars of shop floor control.

**What do you dislike about L2L?**

The Internet factor in my region is a big problem, cases in which for some reason I lose connectivity my entire system will fail, and as we do not have the offline module at the moment it is a negative point that needs to be considered.

**What problems is L2L solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Today my problem is manual paper processes and reworking of information input, production information releases can have a delay of up to 2 days.

I’ve been working with this platform since 2019 and have helped implement it across more than eight facilities—replacing a mix of homegrown tools and off-the-shelf systems along the way.

What stands out most is its ease of implementation and flexibility in growth. You can start small, scale smartly, and tap into robust functionality as you grow. The API capabilities make it possible to connect with your ERP or SCADA systems, streamlining data flows across the board. It's better when you think outside the box to solution problems beyond production and maintenance.

**What do you like best about L2L?**

Highly addaptable to use for a lot of tasks within the manufacturing environment. It covers production and maintenance, but we have also expanded it to track variances, expand notifications for tasks and actions, and we use it for labor time tracking and management.
The software is easy to train on and use. It can be accessed from multiple platforms, for PC, tablet, to cell phones. An easy to "take with you" platform for use even when in the"field".
Since it's launch we have modified and added processes without the need for support ouside of internal employees and the site administrator(s).

**What do you dislike about L2L?**

The reporting and print out of reports ins't the best in class, but we have adapted to capturing screen shots and links to data.  The Maintenance side of the software isn't as robust as the Production side of the reporting software, but it is acceptable and usable for our application.

**What problems is L2L solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Primary problem it solved is converting the manufacturing process documentation to digital and a method to highlight abnormal processes and escalate them to individuals that can take action.

Being able to quickly set up Schedules for PM activities or Daily Inspections. It tracks the completions and is very user friendly. I am able to attach custom checklists and PDFs with visual aids for any schedule I need to create.

No real downsides. Any time I need help, I can reach out for support and it is provided extremely quick.

Simple and easy to use. Makes the most of your time and effort with this software. Pictures are easy to upload. The text caption does not allow for quite as much flexibility it is more than enough to get the job done.  Also the company is quite good at listening to feedback and improving.  Recently they have implemented new functions that allow for checklist and other additional features that help trainers to assess the training process.

The text caption could be a little bit more malleable, but it isn't anything that causes issues or detracts greatly from the use of the software. Looking forward to the new innovations of this ever-changing software.

SwipeGuide is very easy to use with it's QR codes. In terms of making them, it's extremely user-friendly as well. I really like the clean look of the platform. I also really appreciate the analytics reports I can download. It's very easy to understand and I can make efficient reports to highlight swipeguide completion targets.

**What do you dislike about L2L?**

If i have multiple guides, I wish I could group them together in a folder to view their analytics. I know you can have multiple checklists in a guide, but then you only use one QR code to access them all, which prevents people from going to the proper location to complete the checklist.

**What problems is L2L solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps people on our production floor do daily checks of the rooms to find any problems, missing items, parts that need repair, etc. When you work in the same room every day, it's easy to miss things. Having the checklist gives them visual reminders of what the production floor should look like. This allows us to keep the facility up to par and running smoothly.

The platform is very user friendly, and you can train someone to use it in less of an hour. The spare part page gives you reliable information to help you keep track of what is in your inventory and you can attached each part to a machine so making it easy for someone to look up a machine and see what parts go to it. Scheduling jobs is a breeze and the system notifies the tech when they have a new work order, so jobs do not get missed.

**What do you dislike about L2L?**

The one downside is when I get assigned to a dispatch that has a spare parts request attached, I do not get notifed by email letting me know I have a new spare parts request, so I have to constantly check to see if someone has requested parts to be ordered and I only see if they have the status "waiting on parts" selected.

**What problems is L2L solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps with a big part of my job for ordering parts I used to have a million technicians coming up to me asking for parts and now all they have to do is put in a dispatch with a spare order sheet attached, requesting the parts they need ordered and what machine or area it goes to. I can easily track what parts have been ordered or if I'm waiting on a quote. I can update the dispatch so the technician knows what is going on with the parts they have requested or let them know I need more information. It benefits me due to it's helped me stay organized and efficient at my job.

The best part is how easy it is for both end users and editors to use."ease of use for both the end-users and editors.
I was also very impressed with the customer success managers they assigned to us to ensure the best implementation.
We chose SwipeGuide primarily for its work instruction platform, but we found the checklist feature so easy to use that we introduced it months before launching the work instructions.
The QR code feature brings the instructions just one click away from the workers. This was also a very positive feature.

First, it's a bit challenging to change the way you think about writing instructions. You have to learn it and get the hang of it, but after that, it's no problem.

**What do you like best about L2L?**

Its ease of use for dropping in photos, seeing recently used photos and the uploaded photo library when adding an image to an entry.

Ease of integrateion: The option to have an android app capable for offline.

Customer service is great!

**What do you dislike about L2L?**

Limitations to the UI the the end user sees. Specifically the next or back buttons should be able to change the color. Maybe there should be a theme design tab. Also to "Click here to go to next instructions" at the end of a chapter, was not apparent for users as per their user feedback. 

Gettting a PDF version shouldn't be a recuring cost or a requested item. It should be a call function that gathers each chapter in order and prints out sub chapter contents. It could be easily done with python and be called everytime the website is published for 1 time action and then download can be standard call from the website or android app. Also, the Android app should check for PDF update and download new PDF if changes occur.

Feedback from users should be displayed as a table with first column "addressed" and the rest follows the current format. In order to address the feedback, I have had to push it to text file, add deliminators and then import into spreadsheet editor and added a check box for the when I have addressed the feedback concern.

**What do you like best about L2L?**

L2L makes it simple to drill down through categorical data and various collected metrics and plant production information. I most often use this to synthesize scrap paretos and report out on our continuous improvement progress. L2L is an all inclusive interface that I utilize multiple times per week with ease to pull data for our production performance.

**What do you dislike about L2L?**

The automatic report out tool could use a little refinement. Some options for drill down do not show up correctly when selected for the automatic report out link. Usually it is still pretty simple to click the generated link and make a small adjustment to view what you need.

**What problems is L2L solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to utilize the L2L platform to generate Work Orders at a cadence that has prevented breakdowns on multiple occasions.

**What do you like best about L2L?**

Easy to use for admins but also for the blue collar workers. Gives the possibility to give feedback in the app and upload pictures if needed. 
The combination with the check lists is an added value. It ensures that the tool is used on a daily basis.
Easy to implement, no interference of IT needed.

**What do you dislike about L2L?**

In the licences it's not always clear which features are included and which not.
No clear roadmap, no insights on improvements that are scheduled the next months.

**What problems is L2L solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Training of new workers is a lot faster and more efficient. Employees can more easily switch between machines.
With the check lists we can capture more easy the issues with the wood and the machines. It's more clear for the technical service which actions are required on which machine, since the workers can also send picture of the deficits.

I think it is a useful tool for digitizing SOP's and other step by step trainings. Can import images and short videos to enhance learning.

It has technological limitations. It's limited video/media capacity can make it difficult to create more long-form learning/training modules

We work with individuals who are new to using tablets, so it’s incredibly helpful that they can understand what to do with minimal training. Uploading an image of an issue allows us to see exactly what the problem is, making it quick and easy to report.

**What do you dislike about L2L?**

Swipe Guide does not offer a way to set specific times for task completion, such as scheduling a check to be done once per week or once a day and letting you know it has been completed so it's not done again by a different person.

**What problems is L2L solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I can add health and safety warnings so when preforming tasks the team does not get injured.

**What do you like best about L2L?**

The customer support is better than any program i tried so far.
With the support of movies this program opends doors to so many levels of instructions that the possibilities are almost endless.
Its very simple to use and you dont need a lot of skills.
The implemention is so simple its web based so everything what has acces to the web can connect to your instructions.
We use this program every day with more than 100 persons.
We intergrate the guids in our own customer support.

Cant program your own stuff and you cant save on your own server

allows multiple users with varying levels of access to manage/update dispatches, spares, generate reports and many more

**What do you dislike about L2L?**

It has several buggy behaviors and misses some basic functionality. An example of each is if i go to my dashboard and sort the availible dispatches by anything (discription, status, etc.) the quick "dispatch me" buttons no longer function. Also if i forget to dispatch to an item and then want to go back and add the times manually to record it for historical purposes, there is no way to just add a timestamp. I have to dispacth me, then undispatch, and change the times that are then added. It isn't the end of the world but seems like it should be included from the begining.

It allows me to record information about machines, factories, etc. and then analyze the data in a variety of ways

**What do you like best about L2L?**

SwipeGuide is an extremely simple work instruction platform. It took little to no time to learn about the features and to actually start incorporating our needs. The platform seems easy to both integrate and implement into our current system, and will most certaintly help us improve the quality of our work instructions in the future.

**What do you dislike about L2L?**

It would be nice is SwipeGuide had a few more features, such as the ability to have more editing options when it comes to pictures. We would also like our users to have the ability to input text, pictures, etc. into certain fields during a work instruction or checklist.

SwipeGuide is allowing us to move away from PowerPoint towards a simpler and easier to use platform. We hope that the simplicity of SwipeGuide will reduce mistakes during our processess and lead to more effectiveness and efficiency.
