I have been a user of Kyriba for the last 3 years. The system is relatively ease to use. There is a similar interface throughout the various modules, which enhances your ability to naviage the system. The training and new product update is first class. Kyriba is an overall great Treasury Management System. It provides us many functionalities, from payments and reporting, in one system, and it also integrates with SAP. The UI is overall user-friendly and intuitive, and more modern-looking compared to other TMS. They also provide a customer support portal to help the users with any questions. Kyriba customer service has been generally helpful and responsive. Kyriba continuously updates and improves the platform by adding new functionalities for reporting and other features. The reports are quite customizable. Kyriba also provides dashboarding tools. Kyriba is reliable with infrequent system outages, and Kyriba generally resolves any system issues relatively quickly. Some report designs are a little bit clunky and requires multiple clicks to get the desired information. The back button oftentimes does not work and takes you to a different page. Kyriba was a game changer since we omplemented 2 years ago. With Kyriba we can see our Global Cash Position daily, prepare and consolidate Rolling Cash Flow Forecast weekly, within less than a day, allowing our Group to better understand cash needs and investment opportunities without delay. I have been using Kyriba for almost 5 years now and the most significant opportunities the system allows are to automate and decrease company exposure to risk. I appreciate the way it has simplified the cash management and payment functions in our group. This requires a commitment of resources and staff to bring the system to life. Although there is a high level of effort required, it is impressive how Kyriba continues to be an innovator in the treasury space and inspires their clients to get more out of their data and resources.
