Kyriba has excellent, responsive customer support. It can be integrated into an ERP in multiple ways and through different mechanisms, including encrypted file-based transfers. Defining file formats and mappings in Kyriba for integration is relatively straightforward. It also offers strong controls to ensure that configuration and admin-related changes are approved by someone other than the person making the changes, which helps safeguard the organization’s financial assets. The UI and navigation aren’t very intuitive, and it takes first-time users some time to get accustomed to how everything is laid out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Hi Rahul - thank you for taking the time to post your review on G2 and for calling out Kyriba’s responsive support, flexible ERP integration options (including secure/encrypted file-based transfers), and the strong approval controls around configuration and admin changes. We really appreciate you highlighting those strengths.
We also appreciate the candid note on UI and navigation. That’s a common “first-time user” friction point, and there are a couple of practical ways we can help shorten the learning curve:
Kyriba offers free Kyriba Elevate training, which includes role-based enablement that can be especially helpful for getting comfortable with UI layout, navigation patterns, and best-practice workflows. If you’d like, we can point you to the right Elevate learning path for your role so you can get value quickly without having to “learn by trial and error.”
In addition, if you haven’t already explored it, TAI (our agentic AI) can also help improve day-to-day usability by reducing the amount of clicking around and searching needed to get to the right actions and insights. TAI is designed to make the experience more efficient - helping users get answers faster, surface relevant information, and streamline common tasks so the platform feels easier to navigate in practice.
If you’re open to it, reply here (or to your Kyriba contact) with your primary module(s) and typical workflows, and we can recommend (1) the most relevant free Elevate courses, and (2) a few TAI use cases that map directly to what you do most often.
Thanks so much for sharing this review - and for the thoughtful, balanced feedback.
