Navigating the screens within the system is difficult. One Kyriba expert I talked with said it takes a year to get good at navigating. Being a true SaaS system allows us to avoid managing system upgrades and updates ourselves. The support team is very helpful and quickly resolves our issues. Kyriba makes it easy to interface with other systems. It truly has all the functionality we need in one system. Processing times are very quick and the reporting tools are great and make it very simple to create your own reports without any technical assistance. Kyriba has also recently extended the amount of time between production and sandbox refreshes so that makes life much easier when working on implementations. We have also recently implemented interfaces with our ERP S4 Hana. This was a smooth process that went really well. **What do you dislike about Kyriba?** I don't really have a downside to report for the system. Our team is very impressed with the system. However one dislike about Kyriba is regarding their support model. For standard support packages, you can only have three users registered to submit support tickets. If you want more, you have to pay for a premium support package. When you are a large global company with users across multiple time zones using several modules, it would be nice to have more users able to submit support tickets without paying more for it. **What problems is Kyriba solving and how is that benefiting you?** Global Cash Reporting, Debt, Investments, FX, Hedging, Exposure Management, Cash Positioning, Payments, Bank Fee Analysis, Bank Account Management, In/house Bank, Netting, Cash Accounting Kyriba helps us to consolidate cash reporting and visibility into one system. It helps us create and generate reports and dashboards for senior management and allows us to email those reports directly from the system. We use Kyriba to generate cash accounting entries for a legacy ERP system that is not able to ingest bank statement reports daily. Kyriba receives the electronic bank files and creates the necessary cash GLs that are then interfaced to the ERP. ### 6. We have a single platform where we can see all of our global balances in one place, a single platform to process all of our payments, we can manage our cash forecasting, and track our investments and debt instruments. I particular love the dashboards you can customize upon login. I use these to quickly determine if there are time senstive actions we need to take, such as payment failures, payment returns, overdrafted accounts, outstanding confirmed forecasts, forecasts without budget codes, etc. **What do you dislike about Kyriba?** The standard reports are a bit clunky. If you have a Ph.D. in BI, then you can purchase their BI tools and create your own reports!
