I think users have a wealth of knowledge on using any system. Kyozou should form user groups to facilitate more grassroots interaction and improve users' understanding of the system. Kyozou has helped us streamline our workflow from inventory through shipping. Our most vital platform has been eBay, and as eBay has continually thrown curveballs at sellers, Kyozou has helped us adapt and overcome those hurdles. It can be time-consuming to manually complete or correct tasks that don't automate as expected. When the automation works, it's great, but making manual adjustments takes a lot of clicking through multiple screens. What I like best about Kyozou is the complete control over my eBay sales that it provides me. For a larger company with more volume and a single person dedicated or mostly dedicated to running the program, it would be much easier for the less often performed tasks. There have been a few snafus that were handled quickly by the Kyozou team. The day to day operations of inventory management, sales and invoicing are a dream. Kyozou is a VERY complex system. Because I am a one-man business with low volume at the moment, it isn't easy to remember each and every operation needed to completely run the program. The learning curve is very long since something may come up that I did 6 months ago, and I have to ask how to perform the task. Any real problems that took more than hoped for time to fix were outside of Kyozou, from VIP Parcel or something else.

The creation of the inventory locations was a real bear at first, but is effective now. It would have been nice to have been able to enter a location than having to create the location before creating the item! It is quite robust and effective, though.

Cancellation of orders from eBay does not seem to work well and leaves many inventory items with "items in unclosed orders" which are not there when I look and no way to correct in inventory! Creative adjustment of inventory becomes necesary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This system is highly robust and works with all of the major selling platforms. If you need something, the developers can add in just about any function you can dream. The technical support team is very patient and always available to answer questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes there is a cost involved to add in additional functions. However, Kyozou is always up-front about what those costs will be and very responsive to getting you exactly what you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Kyozou's backend infrastructure is powerful. There are many options for exporting and modifying data en masse, which is a huge benefit. Its reporting system is especially extensive -- there are 30+ premade report templates and the Kyozou team can build custom ones for very reasonable fees.

Additionally, their inventory location tracking is quite good. There's support for multiple warehouses, shelving units within those warehouses, and more, which make it easy to administer a complex, widely-varied inventory like ours.

Firstly, the e-commerce site that you can use with Kyozou isn't great. Before we switched to Shopify, our site was very ugly, slow, a total pain to modify, and hardly mobile responsive. This is Kyozou's biggest flaw. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This platform is awesome to be able to sell on multiple platforms at once! You will not have to upload all of your products manually to multiple platforms, it helps you automate it! It helps a lot with selling on amazon! It helps create products, parent/child relationships, and more! And also ebay. Great tool Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
