What do you like best about Kurtosys?

Documents can be easily uploaded either manually, or via a manifest file if you have a large number of files. Uploading manually is simple using the drag and drop interface, which then prompts users to tag them with the appropriate metadata. This process can be sped up by using “drag and duplicate” feature. What do you dislike about Kurtosys?

UI can be improved as it looks a bit old. Also, faced challenge while uploading multiple documents . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
