I love the Kula extension for sourcing, and the enriched personal email IDs have been incredibly helpful. Previously, using just InMails or emails alone wasn't practical, but now we've seen a significant improvement in candidate response rates by using both together. Creating the sequence can be a bit tiresome, but as spoken with the CS team, they are coming up with some automation and looking forward to that feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Kula has thought through multiple use cases while building this tool. While there are several other tools out there like Gem or sourcewhale that focus on just building a mailing platform, Kula takes it one step ahead and makes the recruiters jobs much easier with customised inhouse templates, better enrichment and drastically lesser clicks Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It's a relatively new tool and misses some integrations with ATSs/external 3rd party tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Kula's user interface is intuitive and user-friendly. It allows me to navigate through the tool without getting lost quickly. The sourcing module and email enrichment are particularly noteworthy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Kula is a great tool overall, the learning curve can be steep for first-time users. However, their customer support is beneficial, and they’re always available to help users better understand the tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like Kula's integrative approach to recruitment. It combines various features into a single platform, such as candidate sourcing, email enrichment, and sequence creation. This makes the recruiting process much more streamlined. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Kula is an excellent tool, it could do with more ATS integrations (which I hear is in plans) for a more seamless experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
