I use Kudos to recognize colleagues when they contribute to projects, support the team, or achieve important milestones. It’s a simple way to show appreciation and keep recognition visible within the organization. Before using Kudos, appreciation often stayed within small teams. The platform helps make recognition more visible across departments and ensures people get acknowledged for their work. What I like most is the transparency it brings. You can see how people across the company are contributing, which creates a more positive and motivating environment. Transparency in Kudos is valuable because it allows everyone to see the recognition happening across different teams, not just within their own department. It gives better visibility into the contributions people are making and helps ensure good work is acknowledged more openly. The initial setup of Kudos was very easy. One area that could be improved is the customization of badges and rewards. While the existing options are good, having more flexibility to design or personalize badges and adjust reward settings based on team or department needs would make the platform even more engaging and meaningful for employees.
