### 7. Effortless Appreciation with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mateusz O. | Hardware Validation Team Leader, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I think Kudos is an awesome way to say "thank you" to a colleague who did a great job and to let them know how much I appreciate their job. I like the easiness of using it. I think the simplicity and natural way of giving Kudos, like choosing the level and writing a nice custom message, is great.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

In my company we have 5 values and I need to choose some of them while sending the Kudos - I don't see what kind of effect it has. It should somehow matter and determine something - right now it does not matter if I choose any value, how many of them and which ones.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to appreciate a job well done, making it an awesome way to say 'thank you' and show appreciation easily and naturally.

 ### 8. Elevates Employee Recognition with Ease

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michael G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like that Kudos is easy to use and provides insight into coworkers' habits and accomplishments that they normally wouldn't see, especially if they work in different departments. It's nice to be able to elevate and highlight the work that a lot of people don't see because it's usually behind the scenes. The initial setup was very simple.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I know it's typically company controlled, but the ability to provide more points would be better because some projects are definitely worthy of higher reward than others.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos boosts recognition by providing an extra way to acknowledge achievements, helping me add a little boost to someone's day. It's easy to use and offers insights into coworkers’ accomplishments that aren't usually visible across different departments.

 ### 10. Effortless Recognition with Tangible Rewards

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Utilities | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I really appreciate how Kudos helps me recognize my team and co-workers in a meaningful way. It is great at keeping track of achievements which is super useful. Kudos is easy to use and it's tied to tangible rewards, which adds an extra layer of motivation. I also like the AI assistance because it helps me type comments with more freedom. The initial setup was seamless, making the process hassle-free.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I think more flexibility when it comes to giving my points. It is fixed in a few categories, so sometimes it does not allow me to give them all away.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to recognize my team meaningfully, track achievements, and it's easy to use. It connects to real rewards and AI helps me type comments freely.

 ### 11. Effortless Recognition and Reward System That Inspires Appreciation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mahima K. | Client Experience Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

Every month, even if you forgot to show your appreciation to someone when they helped you, this gives you another opportunity to give them kudos and let them know they are valued. Additionally, the incentive of being able to turn points into rewards is a nice bonus.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

It would be great if any unused points could roll over to the next month, so that even if I forget to use them, I wouldn't lose out. Other than that, it's a fantastic experience—there's really nothing I dislike. This is just a suggestion for improvement.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem with many workplaces is that people often just say a few words of recognition, and sometimes they even forget to do that. Kudos is an actual platform where you can truly recognize and appreciate someone, which I think is great. I also really like the rewards system, where you can convert your points—it's amazing. The main issue being addressed here is that when someone works hard, they would love to see their colleagues and team appreciate their efforts at the end of the month.

 ### 12. Streamlining Recognition with Slack Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noe R. | Founder, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like Kudos for its ease of use and Slack integration. The Slack channel for Kudos creates a sort of public newsfeed of recognition, making it easy for people to see and digest. It's a vast improvement from our old system, which sent emails that people tuned out. Kudos makes public recognition useful and thoughtful.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I think it would be nice if the Slack integration allowed more functionality than just +1. For instance, if I could respond in a thread to a Kudos about me and have that feedback be sent back to the Kudos platform. So essentially, a deeper integration is what I'm looking for.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos lets us publicly recognize team members easily and thoughtfully. The Slack integration acts as a newsfeed, making recognition visible and easy to digest, unlike our old email-based system.

 ### 13. Redesigns Team Collaboration and Boosts Confidence

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Isaac D. | Técnico de soporte de TI, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

It offers ways to redesign collaboration between colleagues and improve team confidence.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

There is no enough kudos to share and too many mates to celebrate :(

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Team skills celebrations, and it works well as an icebreaker.

 ### 14. Makes Recognizing Coworkers Easy and Rewarding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Andrea Y. | Recruiter Consultant, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like that I can congratulate my coworkers and let them know I’m proud of them. I also appreciate that you can earn things through hard work and dedication.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

It would be nice if we could give a different amount of kudos, instead of being limited to only the pre-established options. That said, there should still be a reasonable limit.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps solve the shyness I sometimes feel when congratulating others.

 ### 15. A Simple, Meaningful Way to Recognize Colleagues Daily

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa-Marie B. | Director Of Social Services, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 09, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I appreciate that I can always shout out a colleague and let them know that they—and their work—are genuinely appreciated, whether that’s on a weekly basis or sometimes even daily.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Nothing really stands out, but it does acknowledge and encourage my best work.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Motivating our teams to be better everyday.

 ### 16. Easy to Use, Colorful Way to Recognize Colleagues

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anna R. | Project Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like how easy it is to use and navigate on the site. Its colorful and a great way to recognize collegues.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Sometimes when replying to a comment it freezes or gets stuck. And you have to Re-Type it.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The benefits of Kudos is being able to recognize people in our organization for good work being down. As well as celebrate them with milestones. Its also nice to gain points to cash in.

 ### 17. Effortless, Rewarding Feedback Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Daniel C. | Investment Management Associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

What I appreciate most is how it offers an efficient way to give relevant, positive feedback on specific topics, making it feel like the natural channel for this purpose. The process of providing feedback feels much more organic as a result. Additionally, the inclusion of a reward serves as a pleasant extra incentive.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

One aspect I find lacking is that the interface restricts the number of kudos I can give feedback on. Additionally, I frequently miss the deadline to submit feedback, which is another challenge for me. I'm unsure how this could be addressed, but these issues make me less likely to use the tool regularly. I also know that several of my colleagues experience the same difficulties.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, the main issue has always been finding an efficient and relevant way to give feedback. Too often, I struggle to locate the right forum for sharing my thoughts. Kudos addresses this by offering a clear structure, making it much easier for me to provide meaningful feedback.

 ### 18. Fun and Inclusive Rewards Program

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** DAVID L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like that rewarding someone can be fun. I also enjoy that we can do it as a team and that the whole organization can participate. This creates a rewards program with a lot of inclusion. Additionally, the initial setup of Kudos seemed quite simple and very intuitive to me.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Perhaps include emotion avatars.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to reward good behaviors and address the issue of gratitude. It allows us to reward in a fun way, and the participation of the entire organization promotes a lot of inclusion.

 ### 19. Effortless Recognition Across Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Yuka N. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like that Kudos helps extend recognition to people, even those on different teams in the company. It provides a way to express appreciation easily in a concrete manner, which is valuable, especially when I extend Kudos to colleagues that I only interact with virtually and don't meet in person on a daily basis. My company set it up for me so it was easy.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I think that it would be nice if people responded more to Kudos messages. The search bar for rewards doesn't work well.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos helps me extend recognition to people, even those on different teams. It provides an easy way to express appreciation to colleagues I only interact with virtually, making it valuable for remote connections.

 ### 20. Simple, Values-Aligned Recognition with Easy Email Integration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

It's such a great way to recognize people in my organization for the work. I also love that it is aligned with our institutional value statements. This makes it easier for me to align my "praise" with the specific behaviors and valued by our organization. I frequently use the Kudos integration within my email and that makes it simple and easy to drop a kudos note to others for their great work.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I wish it would send me reminders about needing to use my "points" for praising others by the end of the month. I try to remember but don't always.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

What I love is that it allows me to give a tangible benefit (points for gift cards) that can build up to a meaningful gift. I like most recognition programs but they are often "empty" and therefore harder to maintain using them. With Kudos, i know I'm providing important recognition for behaviors that matter AND they are receiving a tangible benefit as well.

 ### 21. Fosters Team Spirit and Recognition Effortlessly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jacqueline P. | Research Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 14, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

it makes it easy to recognize and celebrate the wins (whether big or small) across the team. It’s also motivating to scroll through the feed and see colleagues appreciating each other, and it really helps build a positive, supportive culture. Plus, it’s just nice to know that your efforts are seen and valued, even if it’s just a quick note or a few kind words.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Only few things to be improved, for example on redeeming points not always as seamless as I'd like. These are pretty minor issues really, nothing that would outweigh the benefits of using the platform.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos makes it easy to recognize and appreciate colleagues in real time, which helps boost morale and keeps everyone feeling valued even when we’re working remotely or across different teams. It solves the problem of good work going unnoticed by making recognition public and accessible, and it encourages a more positive, connected workplace where people are motivated to do their best.

 ### 22. Kudos Makes Recognition Easy and Boosts Team Morale and Builds Stronger Collaboration

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** shiv k. | Lead Front End Developer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

Kudos is a great way to recognize colleagues. It helps build positivity, motivates team members, and makes people feel valued. The biggest upside is simple appreciation that strengthens collaboration, boosts morale, and encourages everyone to contribute their best.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Kudos can feel less useful when it’s too generic or repeated. Real effort may not always get noticed, so appreciation sometimes loses impact.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos solves unnoticed effort by making appreciation visible. It benefits me by boosting morale and teamwork, creating a positive environment where colleagues feel valued.

 ### 23. Effortless Employee Recognition with Kudos

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Breeanna F. | Accounts payable clerk, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I love using Kudos because it significantly enhances work recognition by allowing me to call people out when they are doing a good job. I appreciate being able to make someone's day with kind words, which is a simple yet profound way to spread positivity within the team. The initial setup of Kudos was very easy, which was convenient for integrating it smoothly into our workflow. Everything has worked well for me so far with Kudos, and it's become an essential part of how we acknowledge and appreciate great work. I believe the impact it has on team morale and individual motivation is priceless, which is why I would highly recommend it to others, giving it a score of 10 out of 10 for recommendation.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

There is nothing that I dislike. Very user friendly.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos for work recognition, enabling me to acknowledge great work and uplift my colleagues with kind words.

 ### 24. Makes Team Appreciation Easy and Rewarding

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandra C. | Sr. Assistant Property Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I appreciate being able to show my gratitude to my teammates in a way that goes beyond simply saying thank you—by giving them something they can actually use for things they enjoy. I also like being able to look back on the things I’ve done for my teammates, and it feels good to know that my efforts are recognized.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I appreciate that Kudos offers a wide selection of stores for gift redemption, but it would be helpful to have more options tailored to each state. I mention this because there are certain grocery stores in my area that aren't available on the app. It's a minor issue, though.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's beneficial to have something to go back on especially when writing nominations for my co-workers, being able to express the things they've done.

 ### 25. Easy, Fun Way to Recognize Colleagues

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anant Prerna A. | Research, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

Very easy and fun to use. It’s a great way to recognize colleagues.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Nothing actually. Highly recommend to use.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides us with a way to appreciate the efforts of others, and it helps keep morale high.

 ### 26. Fosters Team Recognition Across Distances

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam K. | Conservation & Energy Management Program Specialist

**Reviewed Date:** January 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I really like Kudos for the culture our team has developed around it. It's a playful environment where we use avatars or profile pictures that reflect our personalities outside of work. It creates a less buttoned-up atmosphere while still maintaining a nice balance of professionalism. I also find the small icon in the bottom right corner valuable as it offers an interesting breakdown of what people have given me kudos for, showing the different categories.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I wasn't a fan of the admin settings. They needed adjustments, and it wasn't clear when there was an error. I tried to give someone points, but it said I'd already gifted too many. The default gifting settings weren't clear about the limits or why the error was happening.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos helps my team feel less self-conscious and more appreciated, especially when we work remotely across different offices. It's a great way to share thanks and provide kudos when we're distant from each other.

 ### 27. Effective Way to Boost Workplace Appreciation

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jack .

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos with my company to reward each other and share appreciation for going above and beyond. I like the options to redeem Kudos as there are plenty of real-world benefits which make me want to actually use them. The interface is appealing, easy to use, and allows me to share appreciation in a nice format, whether publicly or privately if appropriate. The initial setup was very easy too; I just had to enter my email as everything was already established by my central company operations.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I think notifications might be helpful - it would be nice to have a monthly reminder to spend my kudos before they expire.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to reward colleagues, fostering appreciation and communication. The interface is user-friendly with appealing redemption options, encouraging redemption for real benefits. It's an easy and established system within my company.

 ### 28. Empowers Team Recognition with Flexibility

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ropa M. | Talent Acquisition Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like the practical nature of Kudos. I love the fact that not only can you recognize someone, but they can use those Kudos points to actually buy themselves whatever they want. I don't have to assume what someone wants because they can do that for themselves. Kudos gives a really wide range of options to redeem vouchers, which I think is great because there are almost unlimited options for where to spend the vouchers. The setup was very easy for me since I just had to log in with the same credentials as my single sign-on, making it incredibly easy and user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I guess the value of points to actual money, but other than that, I think everything else is fairly good.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to acknowledge and recognize my coworkers in a meaningful way.

 ### 29. Empowering Feedback but Login Hurdles

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul T. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos for providing feedback to colleagues at work. I like that it gives a recognized, structured approach to giving positive feedback and allows me to allocate points to an individual, which can be used in the Kudos store. I really enjoy being able to allocate points to colleagues because it gives someone a tangible benefit, which makes giving positive feedback feel more meaningful. Also, the initial setup of Kudos was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**
