  ### 8. Motivates Teams with Public Recognition and Gratitude

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katherine A. | Senior Financial Operations Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I love the idea of publicly congratulating the entire community on achievements or well-executed projects. It also serves as a way to show gratitude when a colleague offers you support or assistance with a task. The visibility of good work in front of leaders is a reward for a job well done. Sometimes companies forget to congratulate employees publicly, and this tool fosters this spirit and motivates employees to continue putting in that extra effort in their roles.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Limits on points and rewards
Many users are annoyed that there is a cap on the number of points they can give. This makes the recognition feel limited.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One challenge in the workplace is that teamwork often goes unrecognized. Kudos addresses this by making it simple to give and receive thanks, which helps boost morale and encourages better collaboration.
Another issue is the difficulty in identifying individual contributions. With public recognition, each person's efforts are highlighted, leading to greater transparency and a stronger sense of team spirit.

  ### 9. Boosts Team Morale with Instant Recognition

I like how it is easy to recognize someone instantly. The interface is simple, and it makes appreciation more visible across the team. The easy recognition and visibility help everyone see good work happening across teams. It keeps appreciation consistent and makes people feel acknowledged instantly. The initial setup was pretty self-explanatory.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

The site sometimes slows down, and some customization options would also make it better. More options to customize badges, messages, and recognition themes for different teams.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to recognize and appreciate colleagues, making appreciation more visible and consistent. It breaks silos by allowing cross-team acknowledgments without formal processes, improving team morale and embedding recognition into our daily work culture.

  ### 10. Kudos Review - RD

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Renee D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like that with Kudos, you can recognize multiple people or just one person in a single post. I also appreciate that posts can be made either public or private based on what you are recognizing. The initial setup was very easy since I could sign in using Google.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I wish Kudos had a little bit more functionality in terms of adding emojis more easily. I know that seems small, but by typing in something like a smiley face, I wish it would recognize that instead of going to the box for emojis.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos helps me by recognizing individuals who assist me with work problems. I like recognizing multiple people or one person in a single post, and I control its visibility by making posts public or private.

I use Kudos for sending some love to my colleagues. It makes rewarding my coworkers for a job well done super easy. I like its fun way of giving public recognition and a little financial love. It's really nice to back up some praise with a small gift that they can actually use to reward themselves. The transition was smooth from my perspective.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I wish I had more points to give! I also noticed some things in the store are more expensive than they are at retail elsewhere.

  ### 16. Kudos: A Stellar Tool for Team Recognition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Siya J. | Senior Talent Partner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos to reward my team members and to give recognition when someone has done well within the workplace. I think it brings a bit of camaraderie because sometimes you don't get to thank people while executing a task. In hindsight, you can still go back and thank them. I also enjoy being able to create pages for, like, call to action and put reminders of people's birthdays. Another feature I appreciate is the AI refinement of some of the messages I leave. Additionally, the initial setup of Kudos is incredibly easy, especially now with a one-click sign-in that makes access efficient. I also love that receiving kudos can be turned into cash or gift vouchers.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I don't think it's on Kudos particularly, but just how the advertising of Kudos is within the organization because you find that there are some people who are in Kudos but are not using it. And then you would publish things on Kudos, so they don't necessarily see the campaigns that you have run.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to reward team members, turning recognition into cash, which feels like a monetary incentive. It brings camaraderie by allowing us to thank colleagues, even after tasks are completed, and reminds us of special occasions like birthdays.

  ### 17. Fun, easy colleague appreciation with a generous rewards system

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

There aren't any true downsides. Overall, sometimes the main page can appear cluttered, I don't use any functions other than giving points to colleagues.

Giving and receiving recognition from your colleagues is a critical way to build employee satisfaction. It means we're operating in a positive and supportive culture, and that means everything in a job for me.

  ### 18. Easy, Fun Kudos Platform with Plenty of Reward Options

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

Easy to use, have many type of goods to exchange points, sometimes feel joyable when sending kudos points to colleagues

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Sometimes I feel that tracking the orders is not very easy. For some vendors, they seem active and send the items quickly. For some other vendors, they seem inactive/passive and it's hard to track directly or contact them. The only option is to contact via Contact of Kudos team.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The recognition to support of other colleagues is essential to promote the culture of recognition, saying thank you and collaboration

  ### 19. Transform the Team's Motivation With Rewarding Points

  ### 20. Invaluable for Team Incentives, Needs Better Redemption UI

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** KAREN L. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like that every month I have Kudos to give to my coworkers. I also enjoy receiving them. I like that it's a good incentive for employees.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Redeeming gift cards is very complicated, the instructions are unclear and not all intuitive. I've had many problems trying to redeem my cards depending on the vendor. I had trouble logging in... in fact, now the only way I can log in is through Kudos emails and SSO, otherwise, I can't access the site. I can only send Kudos to my colleagues of my company Brandtech+; the others who are from Oliver don't appear, meaning I can only send them to coworkers in Mexico, not to the rest of my team based in Chicago. They definitely have a lot of room for improvement in their redemption points interface.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to give small monthly gifts to coworkers, encouraging teamwork and appreciation.

  ### 21. Boosts Workplace Morale and Recognition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sydney G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos at my workplace to provide co-workers with positive feedback. I enjoy that it allows co-workers to build one another up and recognize actions that may otherwise go un-thanked. ABA therapy is often a mentally and physically taxing job and being able to call attention to positive actions or words that occur during the workday improves morale in the workplace. I also enjoy the AI option to clean up the message due to the quick pace of work. The initial setup of Kudos was very easy, taking just 5-10 minutes.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

N/A

I use Kudos to provide positive feedback at work, solving burnout by recognizing and appreciating co-workers' un-thanked actions. It improves morale by calling attention to positive actions, especially in a fast-paced, taxing job like ABA therapy.

I like how easy it is to use, how rewarding it is to recognize key players, and the variety of reward options provided. It's great that you can see what team members have done well and recognize those who might often go unnoticed. The Slack integration keeps Kudos top of mind, and the cash-out page provides a variety of options for gift cards that can be used for everyday things, such as quick lunches or refill purchases from Sephora or Amazon.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I'm looking forward to switching to the newer platform because the interface looks a lot more streamlined and less clunky as I think that will help people integrate the platform more in their day to day.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to boost morale, encourage cross-team collaboration, and engage my team. It highlights achievements and allows recognition for unnoticed efforts. Its Slack integration keeps it top of mind, and the variety of gift card options is great for quick lunches or small purchases.

While Kudos is a great platform overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. At times, the user experience can feel slightly cluttered, especially when navigating between recognitions, rewards, and announcements. It can also be difficult to track older recognitions or filter content efficiently as activity increases.

The rewards section is a favorite feature because I can actually redeem stuff, which is super valuable. It's not just about sending appreciation messages; I get something tangible from it. Also, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I don't like that Kudos is limited per month. Maybe they could increase the limit because it's only 150. If I give Kudos to three people, it runs out, and then I can only send messages.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to appreciate my colleagues, solving the problem of how to express gratitude. The rewards section is super valuable as it allows me to redeem stuff, adding tangible benefits to the appreciation.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Renewables & Environment | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

The ease of being able to recognize colleagues for their contributions to the team and being able to see who is being recognized for what on the main Kudos page.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Kudos itself is great, but the points assigned to not add up to much as far as rewards go. You need alot of points to spend on anything in the online store, so if your company is not participating frequently you do not have have enough points at the end of the year to get anything truly meaningful.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have not had any business issues that Kudos has solved for me, but it is nice to have a website to formally recognize coworkers.

Setting it up was also very easy, just involving inputting an email and setting a password. Overall, it's a valuable tool for fostering team collaboration and motivation.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I just wish the refresh rate of the website could be improved a little as it crashes sometimes.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos for recognizing employees, building teamwork, and stepping out of our comfort zones. It encourages working beyond scope by rewarding us with points that can be redeemed as gift vouchers.

  ### 30. Effortless Recognition Enhancer with Seamless Usability

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashleigh B. | Reimbursement Specialist II , Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I love how Kudos is an easy to use platform that allows prizes and recognition at the click of a button. It's super easy and intuitive to use. I also appreciate how stress-free it is to redeem prizes and gift cards with Kudos. The setup was very easy too; I just set up an email and a login. Kudos helps the team feel valued and engaged.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I feel like our team could use more Kudos points to give out but I think that may be a question for management.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to make team members feel valued and engaged. It's an easy-to-use platform for giving prizes and recognition with just a click, and redeeming prizes is stress-free and straightforward.

  ### 31. Morale-Building Recognition for Colleagues

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Environmental Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

The ability to give recognition privately OR publicly to colleagues who have helped me.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I often don't remember that it exists. I usually end up with unused points to give out every month, not because I didn't want to show gratitude to people, but just because I forgot to.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It shows people both within and beyond my unit the good work that is happening here. Otherwise people tend to overlook my unit. Rewarding people who do good work also helps with morale, as there are few other ways to recognize these folks at a public agency.

  ### 32. Kudos: Elevates Recognition with Ease, Needs Better Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sebastian M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos to recognize efforts from my colleagues, and I appreciate the visibility it provides. It feels good to be recognized, and there's a tangible prize involved too. It inspires me to recognize the work of other colleagues, making for a better work environment when people are recognized. The initial setup was very easy; I don't even remember what I did to set it up.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

It could be more integrated with the applications we use at work, sometimes going back to the web page adds more layers to the process.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to recognize efforts from my colleagues, solving the problem of recognizing good work and increasing visibility of contributions. It inspires me to recognize colleagues, creates a better work environment, and offers tangible prizes which feel good.

  ### 33. Fun to use in a corporate environment

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

It's a useful tool for spreading a bit of positive verbal reinforcement across teams. The ability to collect points and redeem them for items is a welcome perk, and the system is easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Not really any downsides to the product itself.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps provide praise to individuals or groups of people for their hard work. It's nice to have it documented all in one spot as well so that you can leverage any praise you may have received during year end performance reviews.

  ### 34. Swift Reinforcement and Easy Praise with Kudos

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caleb C.

**Reviewed Date:** February 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos to reinforce behavior-specific praise, which helps increase workplace performance. I find the swiftness of reinforcement and ease of use really valuable. It's satisfying not only to receive Kudos but also to reward others. I also appreciate the visual displays and how they link our core values to the behaviors we're highlighting. Kudos serves as a great avenue for increasing desired workplace behaviors, and setting up my personal account was seamless and easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I wouldn't mind the ability to distribute custom point values. If that's an option already, I haven't discovered it yet. For example, I did not have enough points to give an employee 50 Kudos, but wanted to give him my remainder, which was 35. Instead of being able to give 35 in one post, I had to split it into three different posts, which was kind of strange.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to increase desired workplace behaviors by giving behavior-specific praise. It helps reinforce positive actions, is easy to use, and provides satisfying feedback when rewarding others.

  ### 35. Community-Driven Positivity with an Easy-to-Use, Reliable App

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** kayla c. | patient service rep, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I love the community-based spread on positivity it brings to the workspace. Performance on the applications is always good service, the application is very EASY TO USE, the gift cards are great sources

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

the only issues I have experienced is a crash of the site but it usualy reboots very quickly in our workspace.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos solves at least a small portion of the problem of the workplace positivity, it allows coworkers to acknowledge others great efforts and feel appreciated in the workspace.

  ### 36. Empowers Team Recognition, Needs Wider Engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Linda R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 13, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos to encourage colleagues and give them hope, especially when they're having a bad day, as it gives them something to look forward to. I think the points towards gift cards are encouraging. I appreciate being able to share with everyone how you feel about the job another person does, which gives everybody an insight into the hard work of many people rather than just keeping it in their own little bubble.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I feel like it's not shared as much with everyone that, like, it should. I don't think everybody is really involved or invested in it. Maybe some different type of advertising.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to encourage my colleagues and give them something to look forward to on difficult days.

  ### 37. Effortless Recognition Across Large Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eric L. | Physical Therapist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 08, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

Easy to use; great way to recognize co-workers in a very large system

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Getting "off site" for rewards is cumbersome; the rewards site is not the most user friendly

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I don't personally use it for solving problems. I do like how it can be used to reinforce positive participation of other staff members though.

  ### 38. Effortless Recognition with Real Rewards

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Seth H. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos for sending uplifting messages to my coworkers and for expressing gratitude. I really like that it offers an easy-to-use gateway for sending and receiving praise and gratitude. Kudos points are the most important feature of the program for me as they allow an actual reward to go with an award. Everyone enjoys being told they are doing well, and when a company can provide access to a wide variety of products to exchange for their points, it makes recognition more real. Additionally, I found the initial setup to be very easy.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

could use more categories under the awards

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos for sending uplifting messages and expressing gratitude, making it an easy gateway for praise and recognition.

  ### 39. Perfect for Boosting Workplace Gratitude

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Apparel & Fashion | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like being able to thank people at work using Kudos. I also appreciate the gift cards and the different options for prizes. Setting it up was easy and it just started working immediately.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I think it works great as is, but it would be nice to give away even more Kudos points or be able to earn them by doing extra things.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos for giving points to coworkers, which helps me thank people at work.

  ### 40. Quick, Easy Team Recognition with a Reward System Everyone Loves

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anil P. | Management, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

A quick and easy way to recognize team members for going above and beyond, and they really love the reward system. One of our team members even earned enough points to pay for his family’s flights to Disneyland.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Maybe more selection of rewards such as hotels, ticket master etc

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most companies miss giving out praise to team members , this makes it easy and quick

  ### 41. Effortless, Meaningful Recognition at Work

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ricky V. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos at work to recognize and appreciate coworkers. I really like that Kudos makes giving appreciation to my coworkers more meaningful than just telling them. I find it easy and user-friendly, and I can easily highlight other people. It's stress-free because I don't have to go searching to do the things I want to do. The initial setup was very easy as well.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

it doesnt show my rewards or the amount of rewards I have on the main home page.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to give meaningful appreciation to coworkers, highlighting them easily without stress of searching for features.

  ### 42. Makes Team Recognition and Kudos Meaningful Across the Company

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Prathamesh P. | Automation Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

It helps us recognize people on our team and across the company in a better way. We all feel better when we not only receive appreciation in words, but also through kudos.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Nothing specific, to be honest—everything is good overall. The only thing I’ve noticed is that the rewards shop has limited brands available, so the selection feels a bit restricted.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Obviously, it keeps motivating me.

  ### 43. Effortless Recognition with Big Impact

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

Kudos is incredibly easy to use - it only takes a moment to recognize someone, and the process is simple enough that anyone can jump in without fuss. I also like that the appreciation doesn’t stay hidden within a small circle. Instead, it’s shared with a broader audience across the organization, so more teams and leaders can see the great work happening.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

There is nothing that I can thing of to highlight as being negative

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos helps solve the problem of recognition staying limited to just a few people. Normally, when someone is praised, only their immediate team might know about it. Kudos changes that by highlighting great work enterprise‑wide, making contributions visible to the entire organization. This benefits team members by helping ensure that appreciation is shared openly and that the people making an impact get the visibility they deserve.

  ### 44. Effortless Recognition, Needs UI Upgrade

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** mohammed s. | Tech Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I appreciate Kudos for helping me give proper recognition and rewards to team members based on their performance. I like the different types of recognitions, such as impressive, good work, and exceptional, as they help me award Kudos points and appreciate team members in front of management, making it easier to forecast their work. The recognition patterns help me classify their efforts and behavior effectively. I also find Kudos to be a very good platform for appreciating, praising, and giving recognition, with a current structure that works well. Setting it up was very easy and efficient.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I think Kudos could use a UI upgrade and have more user-friendly navigation. It would be great if it showed the agents' current designation and allowed changes to their profile, like updating their designation, display picture, or moments. Additionally, giving nominal points for engaging in Kudos activities, like likes and comments, would be a nice touch for team building.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to recognize team members for their efforts, helping me award them fairly based on performance with kudos points and different recognition types like impressive, good work, and exceptional.

  ### 45. Essential Teamwork Tool with Complex Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jorge W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like that Kudos helps me understand my teamwork better. I appreciate being able to allow people to know what I feel and what they represent for me. The appreciation feature is a must for me, and it's something I value a lot. Overall, Kudos seems to work pretty well for me.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

The initial setup of Kudos was pretty much complicated, especially with the password.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos helps me understand my teamwork and allows people to know what I feel.

  ### 46. A Meaningful Way to Share Appreciation Every Month

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 22, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I love that we can share appreciation in a meaningful way, and it also serves as a reminder to give that appreciation. Unless your team makes a point of sending thank you emails every month, this doesn't happen regularly, but I haven't gone a month without using my full points yet!

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

So far, none. I haven't experienced anything that I didn't like

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it for appreciation only. We can give kudos points, up to 100 per month, and then redeem what we receive for prizes.

  ### 47. Motivates Teams with Easy Recognition

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jordan B. | Training Coordinator

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos to give recognition to people I work with, and it's a great way to motivate stakeholders both in and out of the team. I like that hard work can be rewarded with more than just a pat on the back, which is a nice way to keep staff motivated. I appreciate being able to write a message to let someone know their effort and hard work is valued, which is priceless. It's great that you can see trends in your qualities that people have attributed to you. Also, I believe the initial setup was quite easy for my team.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I'd like Kudos to be more openly available through more specific avenues. Offering something really tangible like 500+ points to drive schemes forward could be improved.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to give recognition, keeping stakeholders motivated. It's great for rewarding hard work and seeing trends in qualities attributed to you.

  ### 48. Great Global Recognition Across the Organization with Kudos

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brittany B. | Administrative Assistant - Collections, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I really love that our company uses Kudos to recognize people across the organization on a global scale.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I don’t really dislike anything about Kudos. My personal experience with it has been great so far.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

When I have a great experience with someone in my organization, I can give them a shoutout in real time, right after our interaction. It’s also much easier to recognize them through Kudos than to track down their manager, reach out, and then hope the employee actually receives that recognition from their manager.

  ### 49. Great Rewards, but Giving Kudos Takes Too Much Effort

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Melina M. | Accelerate Instructor, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like being able to give out kudos and also earn rewards.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

The effort it takes to give out kudos to other employees. Searching for names and thinking of what to type in the message section.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy way to say thank you to a coworker

  ### 50. Clean Platform, Cost Concerns Impacting Engagement

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kimberly H. | Human Resources Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I really like Kudos because the platform is clean and easy to train on. The social media-like feel of the dashboard helps our teams to communicate effectively with each other. I also appreciate the reporting features that allow us to see utilization and the shape of engagement. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy and the integration was seamless.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

The cost of the platform is currently not allowing us to give as much kudos and as much engagement as we would like, so we're actually reviewing other options.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos allows our employees to communicate and engage with each other on a clean platform. The social media-like dashboard fosters team communication, and the reporting features help us see utilization and engagement shaping.
