What do you like best about Kudos?

Kudos is a great way for people to receive recognition for their contributions. Whether it be from a manager or peer, getting recognized and rewarded for your hard work is a great feeling. The increased feedback and recognition employees have received through Kudos has really boosted morale and team spirit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Kudos?

I have really enjoyed the implementation of Kudos at work. This gives me a virtual way to acknowledge colleagues with recognition that they deserve. I love the ability to vary the points given for each specific person and what they did. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kudos?

I do believe that the cap limit of only 100 points a month that I have access to limits me recognizing all of my colleagues that deserve recognition. Overall I just wish there was a way to have that refresh faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?

I feel as if coworkers are really starting to utilize Kudos in a way that makes you take into consideration what staff members do on a daily basis that really helps the whole. Which in return just makes everyone more appreciative and willing to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love the opportunities to express positive encouragement for and to colleagues. I appreciate the way we can bring to light and show respect to the hard work and dedication that is often overlooked in the day to day grind. It's hard to go a week without someone doing something amazing! I also appreciate being noticed and encouraged by coworkers. It can make a rough day run a little smoother. It is easy to find and post kudos. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Kudos?

I love kudos! Why? Well, there's nothing better than getting a nod of appreciation from someone when they appreciate something you've done. Particularly when it comes 'out of the blue'. To be able to do the same for those colleagues that you couldn't have done something without them is just perfect!

Kudos is great for providing an instant way to show those deserving colleagues that you really appreciated them. Not only does it boost morale, but also a tangible benefit in points that can be converted to vouchers to spend.

These small tokens of appreciation have a huge impact on the receiver. As a result, I'm a frequent user. I love to thank my deserving colleagues.

The system is simple to use - select a recipient, select the number of points to give and send! If receivng points it's equally simple to convert them into vouchers to spend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kudos?

There are not really any downsides! I only see positives for givers and receivers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?

As a kudos sender, it is perfect for offering little morale boosters. It really helps foster team building, and is just a great way of satying thank you in a meaningful way.

As a recipient it helps me to maintain my morale, and realise that I am appreciated.

As both a giver and receiver, it is particularly important as I primarliy work from home and manage a remote team, so personal interactions are less frequent than if i were based in an office. Having a system like kudos just helps bond the team Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Kudos?

This platform offers an easy and meaningful way to recognize and reward employees! I've been told by my team members that even a simple "thank you" on kudos really makes their day. It also reinforces how much I notice and appreciate the effort that they put into the work they do every day. I love that it translates into real $$$ rewards for each team member when it comes from leadership, and offers a very public (or private, if you wish!) way to say "Job Well Done". It was also easy to introduce to the team and for them to use. The program is very intuitive and easy to naviate. It is a great morale booster and really connects employees all across our organization. I also like that once my points are exhausted, I still have the option to send recognition without any points attached. My team uses the Kudos platform several times a week. There is a large variety of mainstream gift cards you can redeem points for such as Visa, Amazon, Restaurants, etc. From my perspective, it has been wonderful! So good, in fact, none of my team have ever needed to contact customer support. Everything runs so smoothly! Highly Recommend! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Kudos?

For our organization, leadership is given a set number of "points" to offer each month for $$$ recognition. I dislike that those points expire on the last day of the month, so there can be a last minute rush to finish up all the kudos you would like to give for that month (as I like to write them all down and then decide what type of kudos to give based on how many are on my list and how many points I still have available to me. I am not sure if that is due to how the platform is set up, or if that was a decision made by my organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?

I belong to a large organization, and my specific team is remote / work from home. Kudos helps us connect with others and with each other in a thoughtful way that conveys our appreciation for all the hard work and extra help that we see going on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
