## Kudos Reviews
  ### 1. Effortless Recognition and Team Motivation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 25, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I find Kudos very easy to use when sending recognition. It's straightforward to just log into the website and set reminders for all the good work happening on a biweekly basis. In today's world, where we juggle a lot of priorities and might miss recognizing our peers' efforts, logging into Kudos motivates me to recognize the folks who have done a good job. It's more than a tool for me; it helps and reminds me to remember and recognize my team members for their contributions.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I don't think I can cite any improvements in the. It's just that I have to be regularly using it, but maybe it needs to be embedded within zoom and team for instant recognition. The moment I see someone doing a good job, I immediately have to go send it.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos helps me remember and recognize team members for their good work, which I was missing before. It's a reminder to appreciate peers amidst daily priorities, boosting recognition and motivation.

  ### 2. Effortless Appreciation with Kudos

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Public Policy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos to appreciate the great work my colleagues are doing at my workplace. I like the simple user interface of Kudos. The simple user interface makes my work hassle-free. Also, the options to encash Kudos points are really vibrant, providing me with a variety of coupons to enjoy my Kudos points. Additionally, the initial setup of Kudos was pretty easy and not much of a hassle.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I feel the number of Kudos points given to each member can be increased from the current 80 to maybe 150.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to meaningfully appreciate my colleagues, and its simple user interface makes my work hassle-free. The variety of encashing options for Kudos points, like vibrant coupons, is really enjoyable.

  ### 3. Effortlessly Recognize Team Members, Needs AI Integration

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** shridhar b. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I find Kudos very easy, simple, and quick to use. It's really helpful for quickly recognizing my team members, so I don't have to wait for other means of organizing. The initial setup was very easy too, as we just log in once after registration and then logging in is seamless. I just click, and it launches.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Could be improved. Yeah. Maybe if the kudos can help us with some pre-texts about the recognition that might help. Otherwise, nowadays, we are using AI tools to write the text. If Kudos can put in some draft text, it will be a fill.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to quickly appreciate and recognize my team members' work without having to wait for other means.

  ### 4. An Effective and Easy-to-Use Recognition Platform!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Winzor José F. | Encargado Regional Tecnologia de Informacion y Comunicacion, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

Kudos is an excellent recognition tool that enhances employee engagement and accountability. I like how recognitions become effective through redemptions that allow monetizing that recognition, adding value to collaboration and gratitude. Additionally, the platform is excellent for recognitions. I love the ease with which you can redeem Kudos, as it is not limited to a single card company and has a global reach. The initial setup of Kudos was intuitive and simple, taking less than a minute.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

For Latin America, you must open more commercial stores. Get in touch with different local businesses in Latin America and not only with those that have a global presence.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to bring people closer and materialize recognitions, improve engagement and accountability through effective redemption.

  ### 5. A Meaningful Way to Show Appreciation and Make People Feel Recognized

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

Kudos is helpful because we are able to show appreciation to people that helped us. It's a form of saying thank you but in a way that actually makes people feel recognized.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

The least helpful thing about kudos is that some people are using it wrong. They always send to their friends or in a group of people that just cycle their kudos point around each other.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos is helping improve employee recognition and engagement by making it easy to acknowledge team members' contributions. This has benefited me by increasing visibility of good work, boosting team morale, and creating a more positive and collaborative work environment.

  ### 6. Elevates Team Morale with Meaningful Recognition

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Angélique S. | (J-1) Visa Specialist (ARO), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I love being able to award points each month in a way that benefits my colleagues monetarily and allows me to acknowledge special qualities. It's helpful to use word tags to highlight qualities in my colleagues that made a difference to me. Kudos helps maintain morale, especially during peak seasons.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I wish I could pick different point classes (Thank You, Impressive etc.) for people on the same Kudos compliment. Sometimes, several people helped me on a project, but with varying degrees of involvement.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos for recognizing team contributions, boosting morale during peak seasons, and awarding monthly points that benefit monetarily. I appreciate using word tags to highlight special qualities, which helps me acknowledge impactful colleagues.

  ### 7. Company-Wide Kudos That Make Everyone Feel Valued

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zinzi S. | Team lead, Talent Coordinator and Administrator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 21, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I really like that it enables me to make someone feel special and recognised for something they did. It also makes me feel valued when I receive Kudos. I especially appreciate that the whole company can see what people value and recognise in each other.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

It’s a shame that you can’t save any unused kudos past the end of the month. If you’re OOO at month-end and still have kudos left to give, you essentially “lose” the chance to send those kudos for that particular month.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think it helps bring the team closer. It’s especially useful when I’m hosting a meeting and want to start with an icebreaker. For example, I can offer kudos to the first person who gives the correct answer. In my experience, this is a good way to draw attention to the meeting and encourage more people to participate and stay engaged.

  ### 8. Easy, Friendly, and Effective in Recognition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natalia B. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

It is very helpful for me to be able to recognize the collaboration of colleagues from other teams, such as in a testing or focus group. I like how the work can be recognized publicly and not just symbolically. I find it very easy to use and it has a friendly look and feel. The function of tagging supervisors is very useful to me, as it makes the recognition have more impact in the feed, which could even trigger a reward from the recognized colleague's boss. Additionally, the initial setup was very easy thanks to the direct login with the company's account.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

In Argentina, there aren't many companies for rewards. And you might have a lot of Kudos, but monetarily it's very little money.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to recognize colleagues' collaboration, allowing for public and visible recognition that can bring real benefits. I like to mention the supervisors of the recognized people, as it amplifies the impact of the recognition.

  ### 9. Great for Recognition, Challenges with Navigation

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** j m. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I genuinely enjoy using Kudos and think it's a great program overall. One of the biggest things I like about it is how well it works across departments, making it easy to recognize people you don't necessarily work with every day. It's important because so much good work happens behind the scenes, and it's nice to be able to call out someone's effort and know it will be seen and appreciated by others as well. Kudos is great for celebrating wins big or small. Whether it's finishing a project, helping out at a busy time, or just going above and beyond, the platform gives people the space to say thank you in a meaningful way. Seeing those recognitions pop up is genuinely uplifting and helps keep morale high. It creates a positive ripple effect where people feel valued and more motivated to support one another. I feel it gives me an easy public platform for thanking those who go above and beyond.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I feel the site can be a bit cumbersome to navigate and the prizes to redeem are difficult to find. It took a while to learn, and the initial employee buy-in was small.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I enjoy using Kudos for recognizing people across departments, celebrating big or small wins, and publicly thanking those who go above and beyond. It uplifts morale, creates a positive ripple effect, and makes everyone feel valued.

  ### 10. Transformative Employee Recognition Platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aditya M. | Articled Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I love Kudos because it is a game-changer for recognizing and rewarding my colleagues' hard work and contributions. It's super easy to use, which has significantly boosted team morale. The variety of gift card options available makes it easy to show appreciation in a personal way. I also love the public recognition feature that makes everyone feel valued and acknowledged. Kudos is a fantastic employee recognition platform with flexibility and customization options, allowing us to tailor recognition programs to our unique culture and goals. The peer-to-peer recognition feature stands out because it empowers employees to acknowledge each other’s contributions and fosters a sense of community. Additionally, the initial setup of Kudos was smooth and easy.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

About improvement maybe the badge system can be more customized and personalized as well as its points range.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to recognize and reward colleagues, boosting team morale and engagement. It solves the problem of employee recognition with easy use, effective public recognition, and a variety of gift card options, making appreciation personal.

  ### 11. Boosts Team Morale and Strengthens Relationships

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos to recognize my team members and buoy them up when they achieve great things and have success. Kudos helps me interact with program teams I don't deal with on a daily basis and gives me a platform to deliver meaningful tokens of appreciation for their work, which strengthens my relationships across my organization. I really like the wide range of gift card options and the format to ensure meaningful messages accompany an acknowledgment that has actual value. It feels authentic and purposeful in its approach, and everyone draws from the same vault of kudos, making it flattering to be chosen and to receive. The initial setup of Kudos was pretty easy and user-friendly; it has a very intuitive interface.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

It is always nice to have more gift card options for redeeming points, so more options is a welcome improvement. Maybe in the realm of home improvement and department and grocery stores options.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to recognize team achievements, interact with teams I don’t see daily, and strengthen relationships by delivering appreciation tokens.

  ### 12. Fosters Positive Culture and Team Recognition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abbas H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like how Kudos makes recognition simple, visible, and meaningful. It helps foster appreciation across teams and encourages a positive culture. It boosts motivation, engagement, and collaboration across teams. The initial setup was smooth, and I find the platform very useful overall.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

The platform is very useful overall, but reporting, analytics, and customization options can be expanded to provide more flexibility. To get more insights into recognition patterns across teams and departments, reports to track the number of recognitions per user per department sent and received would be beneficial.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to recognize employee contributions, boost team morale, and foster a positive culture. It simplifies recognition, making it simple, visible, and meaningful, improving motivation, engagement, and collaboration.

  ### 13. Enhances Recognition Across Teams Effortlessly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nirjala O. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos to recognize colleagues when they contribute to projects, support the team, or achieve important milestones. It’s a simple way to show appreciation and keep recognition visible within the organization. Before using Kudos, appreciation often stayed within small teams. The platform helps make recognition more visible across departments and ensures people get acknowledged for their work. What I like most is the transparency it brings. You can see how people across the company are contributing, which creates a more positive and motivating environment. Transparency in Kudos is valuable because it allows everyone to see the recognition happening across different teams, not just within their own department. It gives better visibility into the contributions people are making and helps ensure good work is acknowledged more openly. The initial setup of Kudos was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

One area that could be improved is the customization of badges and rewards. While the existing options are good, having more flexibility to design or personalize badges and adjust reward settings based on team or department needs would make the platform even more engaging and meaningful for employees.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to recognize colleagues for their contributions, making appreciation visible across departments. It's great for acknowledging work and creating a positive environment.

  ### 14. Effortless Recognition with Real Rewards

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin A. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos to reward my colleagues at work for great work or assistance. I really appreciate how it refines the messages, making them look better when I'm appraising a colleague. What I like most is that it's not just about the appraisal, it also rewards you with real-life value rewards. The points can be redeemed for a variety of prizes like a virtual card or an experience. The initial setup was very easy, as all I needed to do was open the link from an email and choose a password.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

That its just too perfect

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to reward my colleagues for their hard work. It helps refine my messages, making appraisals better and meaningful. Beyond recognitions, it provides real-life value rewards with redeemable points for prizes like virtual cards or experiences.

  ### 15. Meaningful Recognition with Modern Tools

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Anshuman S. | Product Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 26, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I find Kudos to be quite user-friendly, intuitive, and very simple to use. It allows me to select the category of appreciation or success metrics I'm trying to share, whether it's a comment or recognition for someone on the platform. The ability to express in free form, along with the integration of different emojis and GIFs, makes it modern and engaging, especially for those who enjoy a more visual layer in our digital world. It's also embedded within a modern digital landscape, which seems appealing. The platform's public recognition feature allows appreciation to be visible to everyone, not just in emails, and shows what different project team members and squads are accomplishing. This visibility helps keep motivation levels high and fosters a sense of belonging. I like the single sign-on feature, which makes setting up Kudos uncomplicated, allowing for an easy experience with just an organizational email.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I think the biggest feature that is missing at this point of time is the ability to share the link of a post when recognizing people. There should be a quick and easy button to share the link with people you appreciated or just notify them that they have been recognized. Another aspect that could be improved is including monetary benefits like vouchers as rewards, which could make recognition a more engaging and rewarding experience for recipients.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos solves our lack of a recognition system, allowing us to publicly acknowledge achievements and successes, boosting motivation and a sense of belonging among team members.

  ### 16. Valuable Team Acknowledgment Tool with Room for Improvement

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 10, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I think the thing I like the most about Kudos is the valuable recognition it provides. It allows me to express gratitude and acknowledge the good work of my coworkers. I also appreciate the tools that help select specific taglines to highlight contributions to team efforts or other work-related successes. It's pretty easy to use; when I started, it was already set up, and I just got into my account and that was it.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I think it could be improved in terms of having a limited amount of Kudos that could be sent. It's only 10 or then 25 or 50. I think there should be a way to say, like, I wanna give this person 35 Kudos, instead of a limited amount of 10 or 25 or 50. In order to use all the Kudos that I have by month, so I can have my calculation on how many Kudos to give to each person by month.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to acknowledge coworkers' good work, expressing gratitude and contributing to their motivation by highlighting their successes.

  ### 17. Kudos Makes Peer-to-Peer Recognition Simple and Boosts Workplace Culture

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

Kudos makes recognition simple and accessible for everyone. It supports timely, peer-to-peer appreciation across teams, helping people acknowledge each other in the moment. Public recognition also reinforces positive behavior and strengthens company values. Overall, it helps boost morale, engagement, and workplace culture.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Some possible downsides of Kudos are:

Overuse can make recognition feel repetitive or less meaningful.
It may favor more visible or vocal employees over quieter contributors.
Not everyone actively participates, which can reduce its impact.
If not used thoughtfully, it can start to feel like a formality rather than genuine appreciation.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos solves the problem of missed or delayed recognition by making appreciation immediate and easy.
It also addresses limited manager‑only feedback by enabling peer‑to‑peer recognition across teams.
This helps create a more positive and inclusive workplace culture where efforts are visible.
As a result, I feel more motivated, valued, and connected to the team.

  ### 18. Enhances Team Morale with Interactive Recognition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jaclyn C. | Marketing and Communications Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like that Kudos allows us to grow camaraderie between team members and show our thanks. I also appreciate being able to provide a specific example of how someone helped, and I think the GIFs are an awesome extra touch. They really capture people's attention on the message board, and the specific examples help the person receiving recognition understand why they are being acknowledged.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I wish our company gave us more points to award each month, I'm always running out of points. We only get 100 points a month.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos is great for growing camaraderie between team members and allowing us to show our thanks. I like giving specific examples of how they helped, and GIFs capture people's attention and help the person receiving recognition understand why.

  ### 19. Effortless Recognition and Team Engagement Boost

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sahil G. | Article Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like how easy Kudos makes recognition feel natural and consistent. The real-time appreciation feature keeps motivation high, and the social-style feed creates visibility across teams. I find the analytics very useful for tracking engagement and identifying top contributors. I especially appreciate the seamless integrations with tools like Slack that don't disrupt the workflow, and it genuinely helps build a positive, appreciative work culture. The initial setup was straightforward, user-friendly, and did not require extensive technical support. Kudos scaled well for our company size of 100–250 employees, making it easy to manage recognition across teams while maintaining visibility and engagement. I’d rate it a solid 8 out of 10 since it’s easy to use, improves team engagement, and integrates well with existing tools.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

While Kudos is easy to use, some areas could be improved. The analytics, though helpful, could offer deeper and more customizable insights. The interface can feel a bit basic at times, and navigation isn’t always as intuitive for new users. Occasional delays or glitches in integrations (like Slack or Teams) can disrupt the experience. Additionally, more flexibility in customizing recognition programs and rewards would make it even more effective for different organizational needs.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos solves inconsistent employee recognition and visibility issues, promotes engagement, aligns teams with company values, and offers insights into participation and performance. It eliminates silos and automates appreciation, improving morale and making recognition natural and structured.

  ### 20. Powerful Recognition Platform with Tangible Rewards and Mobile Access

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dr. Trisha T. | Chairman, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

Diverse functionality with useful features. A great recognition tool at your finger tips with wide applicability across multiple strategies. Recognition can be mapped with desired corporate behaviors thus providing further incentives for positive cultural enhancements. Real and tangible rewards are integrated via the online redemption store which increase emotional satisfaction when using the platform. The mobile integration of the software increases accessibility of the platform across a range of devices and services including Outlook plug-ins.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Nothing of strategic importance at the time of this review.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the top contributing factors to employee disengagement is the lack of recognition of one's contribution in a corporate setting. Kudos places a recognition tool within easy reach and in real time. The capability to instantly recognize team members and to share media company wide adds to the sense of corporate cohesiveness which is particularly important in a decentralized corporate setting.

  ### 21. Essential Tool for Recognizing Team Efforts

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madhavi B. | Finance Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos to appreciate and recognize colleagues for their contributions, collaboration, and the positive impact of their work. Kudos makes it easy to appreciate colleagues' efforts, motivating them to work hard, and it creates a record of accomplishments and encouragement. It helps to increase teamwork and trust among colleagues. I also like that Kudos provides a transparent and structured platform where appreciation feels genuine and is visible across the organization, creating a public trail of appreciation. Kudos creates a positive work environment where small appreciations can go a long way in boosting morale. Additionally, the platform is user-friendly and the initial setup was quite easy, which is a big plus.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

There are limited customization options, and sometimes the predefined recognition categories feel restricted. Kudos can improve by offering more flexible, customizable recognition categories and editable message templates so appreciation feels more personalized and relevant.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to appreciate and recognize colleagues, making it easy to motivate them, create trust, and increase teamwork. It provides a transparent platform for genuine recognition, creating a positive work environment and boosting morale.

  ### 22. Motivational Tool with Room for Speed Improvements

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suyog G. | Intern, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos for recognizing the employees in my organization, and I like how the Kudos points can be redeemed for gift cards. This helps keep us motivated and enhances our work performance for recognition. One thing I like about Kudos is that it builds teamwork and allows you to write a speech about why the recognition is given. I also appreciate the option to select keywords like 'hardwork,' 'teamwork,' and 'integrity.' This motivates me to deliver valuable insights for the company and be recognized by the people I work for. Kudos is incredibly easy to set up as well; I just had to register my email ID and set up a password. I give Kudos a 10 out of 10 because it motivates us to work harder for our goals and helps in recognizing people, which is an add-on.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

What Kudos lacks sometimes is the refresh rate of the website as it runs slow sometimes and when you try to check the cards to redeem, the website crashes sometimes so I think it can be improved.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos for employee recognition, which motivates us, solving lack of motivation by encouraging us to work beyond our scope for recognition and rewards.

  ### 23. Essential for Building a Positive Workplace

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shreyansh J. | FINANCE, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I appreciate that Kudos is our company's official way to recognize and appreciate someone who helps us out during work or shows good team spirit. It's good that by using Kudos, I can really be appreciated for my work, even if my manager doesn't want to praise me in front; they can simply send Kudos, which shows that I did good work. The appreciation feature is valuable because it encourages the willingness to help others, makes people feel recognized and rewarded for their efforts, and creates a sense of motivation and positivity. It builds a culture where people are willing to support each other more and feel acknowledged. Also, the initial setup of Kudos was so easy; I got a mail from the Kudos system to set up and log in using SSO.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

The fix pointer system can be changed between the ranges like 10-20 excellent and all.

  ### 24. User-Friendly Kudos with Effective Recognition Features

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Monique G. | Regional Economist Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like that Kudos is very user-friendly and straightforward. It clearly tells you how many points you have left, which I think is great. It's easy to see the level of recognition you're giving and understand how much you will be dedicating to that. I think that's really good. I also appreciate that it gives you all the information upfront, so you don't have to calculate anything on your own. The initial setup was very simple; it was connected through my work email, and clicking on it signed me in automatically, letting me start appraising my team right away.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Maybe allowing us to determine what exactly you want to recognize them for. What if it doesn't fall under the themes that they provide, given that space so that we can put that in.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos provides different categories for recognizing team members' contributions like value added, impact, or inclusion.

  ### 26. Effortless Recognition with Personal Touch

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexa G. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like how Kudos makes it easy to recognize people and give them something for their effort. I appreciate the messages that can be left to thank people, both in private and public mode. The public recognition allows others to see the great job someone has done, while the private option leaves room for more personal messages.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I don’t like the messages or features it makes you leave, such as 'promoting trust and inclusion'. Some buttons that you have to choose from, like categories with certain messages, often don’t fit what I want to say.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to easily recognize people and thank them for outstanding work, both publicly and privately. It's a straightforward way to acknowledge effort, letting others see achievements publicly while allowing personal thankfulness through private messages.

It's a valuable tool for management as it helps maintain a positive workplace flow. Additionally, the initial setup was quick, taking less than 5 minutes, which is perfect for my schedule.

I really do not have any negative comments since I am still new to Kudos and I have not completely explored its platform.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to enhance team morale by making it easy to thank and praise my team. It's user-friendly and refines my messages, allowing me to share appreciation quickly. Kudos helps maintain a positive atmosphere by recognizing hard work.

So easy to send kudos with auto populating names and allowing other team members to recognize when Kudos are sent.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

No dislikes with Kudos. Love the platform, the store, and how our teams use it to build one another up.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a work from home / remote organization for most of us, Kudos brings an extrta layer of communication and public praise that is hard to achieve through emails or team messages.

  ### 29. Revolutionized Employee Recognition and Morale

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sourabh D. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 30, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos for recognition and appreciating my colleagues and employees. I like the points system and the public as well as private recognition and appreciation platform, which lets me appreciate someone's work both publicly and privately. By using Kudos, people willingly help out because they know they'll be appreciated and can receive something in return, which improves communication and positivity even across departments and teams. The initial setup was very easy since you just have to register through the SSO login option and then you can enjoy using the platform.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

For me there is nothing that don't work for me and as for the improvement maybe some more gift card options can be added in the reward section.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos creates a positive environment, encourages willing assistance, and improves communication. The points system builds user value, redeeming rewards, while promoting recognition both publicly and privately.

  ### 30. Great for Team Bonding and appreciating others when you cant verbally

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 07, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

It is a good way to encourage team bonding in the workplace, I like that you get a set amount per month and that it refreshes every month.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

At times it lags when sending the messages it takes a while to upload. I do not like how it shows every one in the whole company in the main page. There should be a tab to see specifically one site or highlighting the biggest shout outs or more interacted with. The AI system creates generic messages it does not enhance what you write just changes it to a blander and stereotypical message, and it always overuses exclamation points.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping ensure people feel seen and acknowledged even when there is no time to say it personally

  ### 31. Personalizes Team Recognition with Easy Setup

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Conor W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 23, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like the fact that you can add GIFs to the post in Kudos, which really helps accentuate the expression I'm trying to convey. It makes recognizing my team members more personable. Also, the initial setup was quite easy as it was just a single sign-on using our work email address. Honestly, I would recommend Kudos with an 11 out of 10 because it's really helpful in recognizing your teammates when they do something good, and I think that's important to have more of in the workplace.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I think the rewards program could definitely be improved. When I first started, they didn't even give me access, so I wasn't able to use my rewards. I missed out on, like, a thousand points.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos gives me the opportunity to recognize my team members when they do some good. Adding GIFs makes it more personable and relatable, enhancing the experience.

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

It’s easy to navigate, and I can quickly send a thank-you that feels meaningful and makes an impact.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I don’t like that it isn’t embedded in another application. It’s a standalone application, and we already access between 10–15 different applications in a day, so this just adds extra clicks.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes it easy to give the team quick feedback and see success. It also encourages staff to go the extra mile.

  ### 33. Effortless Recognition Made Easy

So far, my experience with Kudos has been positive; it's user-friendly for both giving and receiving compliments. The initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Maybe send reminders via email to use the Kudos that we are allowed to send prior to months end when the points expire.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to recognize coworkers for their strengths and let the whole team know, making it user-friendly for giving and receiving compliments.

It helps me give immediate feedback and recognize a colleague who just helped me, or someone who has supported me over time. It creates a moment for reflection and gratitude, and it improves personal morale as well as team spirit.

It helps me give immediate feedback and recognize a colleague who just helped me, or someone who has supported me over time. It creates a moment for reflection and gratitude, and it improves personal morale as well as team spirit. There are benefits for me as a person and benefits for team.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kevin B. | Proposal Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like how easy Kudos is to use and how it lets everyone see each other's accomplishments. The initial setup was really easy as well.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

It workds as intended, the only suggestion I would have is being able to give people Kudos without having to go into the website, like through an email we could send it to.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to recognize each other's efforts, solving the issue of employees not feeling appreciated. It's easy to use, and everyone can see others' accomplishments.

  ### 36. Boosts Employee Recognition and Motivation Across the Team

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I love that it not only gives recognition to our employees, the other employees see the recognition, and go the extra mile to also get the recognition...and the product!
Kudos is very user friendly, and I have yet to have a staff come to me asking how to use it, with a wide age range of staff using it.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

There isn't a page (that I have seen) where I can go to see all the Kudos I have sent. Sometimes I forget if I have sent Kudos to a certain person and can't go back to check.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Staff recognition - staff always want to be recognized (in public) for things that they do. This is the perfect way to do it. All staff throughout the entire Organization see when someone is given Kudos and what for. They see that so and so is given Kudos for picking up extra shifts, and then they are more likely to pick up extra shifts as well. Staff are continuously doing extra and giving their 100% for Kudos

  ### 37. Effortless Recognition, Boosts Team Engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelly W. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 20, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I use Kudos for HR recognition within my organization and like that I get a set amount of points to give away each month. The platform is super easy to use, and my organization has a link on my desktop. It's convenient that I can add many people or just one and personalize the note for all in the organization to read. I also appreciate the weekly emails sent to managers about how many of their team have given and/or received points.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

Because my organization sets the points on a monthly basis, I wish it would send me a reminder.... but I also need to be better about going into the platform on a more regular basis

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Kudos to publicly praise individuals who can then use earned points for meaningful products. It's easy to use, allows note personalization, and simplifies HR recognition without manual processes.

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

The Kudos platform allows us to show our appreciation towards our colleagues and to feel gratified for the work we do daily. The interface is pleasant and easy to use.

Kudos improves recognition in daily life, for small thank-yous as well as big appreciations.

  ### 40. Unexpected Joy In Email, Effortless To Use

**Reviewed Date:** March 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I like that Kudos sends a nice and unexpected message via email to anybody. It's a great way to congratulate someone or send a virtual high five from across Hawaii. Kudos points get renewed every week, which I find really beneficial for multiple high fives. Given how our offices are spread out across different spaces, Kudos is a great way to connect with teammates that are in other spaces. Also, the initial setup was super easy, as it came with my onboarding.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I want more points to give away to people, but I think that's controlled by my company.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephanie T. | Training Consultant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

I enjoy using Kudos with my work organization because it helps with recognition communication and boosts employee morale. I appreciate that it addresses the lack of peer-to-peer recognition and strengthens team connections while also increasing motivation. The reward system in Kudos makes the process fun and adds extra excitement to appreciation, showing that my organization values employee contributions and wants to reward people for doing great work. I also like how Kudos is integrated into Microsoft Teams for us, so when someone is recognized, it's broadcasted to a Teams channel where everyone in the company can see that person has been recognized.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

I think finding better reminders or prompts to help increase participation would improve Kudos. If employees were occasionally encouraged to recognize someone they worked with recently, it could help maintain consistent engagement.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos enhances recognition communication, boosts employee morale, strengthens team connections, and increases motivation. The reward system makes it fun, showing that my organization values contributions and rewards great work.

  ### 42. Empowers Team Recognition and Appreciation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gyanam C. | Customer Success Manager, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Kudos?**

Kudos is intuitive and easy to use, which makes it suitable for frequent, day-to-day recognition rather than just occasional use. The implementation was smooth, and the platform integrates recognition naturally into regular workflows. Customer support has been responsive and helpful when needed, ensuring a positive experience and quick resolution of any questions or issues.

**What do you dislike about Kudos?**

While Kudos works well overall, the feature set around reward flexibility could be improved. Point allocation feels somewhat limited, especially for larger or more diverse teams. Greater customization by role and deeper integrations with other workplace tools would further enhance the overall experience.

**What problems is Kudos solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudos effectively tackles the issue of recognition gaps within teams, particularly for contributions that might otherwise go unnoticed. By offering a straightforward and organized method for acknowledging team members' efforts, it has boosted morale, enhanced engagement, and encouraged positive behaviors. As a result, the platform has fostered a more inclusive and appreciative environment where everyone feels valued and motivated, which in turn has strengthened collaboration and improved overall team performance.

At the moment, everything is going very well with the platform and what they offer.
