I wish there was a way to have a full list of team members to pick from when scheduling out an email instead of using a previous list. I spend a good amount of time comparing emails and often find that when you select to pull over from the previous list, it does not always pull over every email that was previously entered. This is an easy way to recognize employees. It takes some time to setup on the front end but after it is setup, you do nothing. It auto delivers and our team loves it! I haven't had any issues where I need to contact customer support and I've been using it for about five months now. We use it primarily for birthdays but it is also good for other events as well. There isn't anything I strongly dislike about Kudoboard. There are things I wish it had though. I wish I could create a template where when I create a board, I can select the teams I want to invite to it and select who it is for within that team (kind of house an address list within it). I would love for it to auto send/ create things if I enter birthdays and anniversaries. Is it difficult for me to do these things manually though? No, absolutely not. It is very easy to find the best card for the theme for the occasion being celebrated. The delivery option is user friendly and can schedule the card delivery with ease. Easy to set up account, review and revise items.

the only dislike is the currency used for the gift or contribution portion. It is only in US dollars. Hopefully can have the option soon to choose the currency for the country you live in. This is a great way to bring people together and recognize special occasions and accomplishments among staff or team members. It's a great vehicle to encourage people to share things they might not even remember to say out loud but that are so good for their co-workers to hear. The platform is so easy to use, both for the administrator and the participants - set up takes a few clicks and then you simply send a link and that's it. I'm a manager in my division, so I am constantly juggling and prioritizing. Having the ease of use of a Kudoboard at my disposal allows me to be efficient without it being a burden on my task list. I work with amazing people, so showing my appreciation for this is very important. Kudoboard has awesome features that allow expression for numerous occasions. I use it about every other month because of its convenience. Whenever I have questions, they have an awesome customer support section with easily referenced information. Kudoboard is a clutter-free experience to recognize the people that mean so much to us. Compared to other sites, there are no ads or disruptions and the UI is very friendly to use. We use Kudoboards for birthday, work anniversaries, and other important life moments to show appreciation and recongize our talents- and it's great that Kudoboard has presets designs that fit those occasions.
