## Kudoboard Reviews
  ### 1. Kudoboard Makes Team Appreciation Easy and Shareable

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudoboard?**

Kudoboard offers an easy way to show your team that you appreciate their work. The additions they’ve continued to roll out have been genuinely helpful. Having the quick option to add a gift or additional prizes is a great bonus. It’s also very easy to share with others so they can contribute. I was able to send a link, and it kept getting passed along without any issues. I’ll continue to use Kudos wherever I go.

**What do you dislike about Kudoboard?**

I haven’t had a single problem with Kudoboard. I just wish I had more opportunities to use it so I could take advantage of the other pricing options, instead of relying on the one-time purchase.

**What problems is Kudoboard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We’re currently using Kudoboards as a farewell gift and message board. It gives all of our teammates the chance to write a goodbye note for coworkers when they move to another department or leave the company.

  ### 2. An Easy, Thoughtful Way to Celebrate Hybrid Teams

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudoboard?**

Kudoboard makes it really easy to turn team celebrations into something more personal and memorable. I’ve used it for birthdays and teammate transitions, and I like that everyone can contribute asynchronously without someone having to coordinate a big card or collect messages manually. It’s also nice that people can add GIFs, photos, inside jokes, and longer notes, so the final board feels more thoughtful than a quick Slack message. For hybrid teams, it’s a simple way to make people feel celebrated even when not everyone is in the office together.

**What do you dislike about Kudoboard?**

There is not much I strongly dislike. The only small thing is that sometimes it can take a little effort to make the board feel cohesive if everyone is adding very different types of messages, GIFs, or media. I also sometimes spend more time than expected trying to find the right tone or the right GIF, but that is more about wanting the message to feel personal than a major product issue.

**What problems is Kudoboard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudoboard helps our team celebrate people in a way that feels more meaningful than a normal Slack thread or quick email. It gives everyone a central place to share appreciation, memories, inside jokes, and well wishes, especially for birthdays, team changes, and send-offs. It saves time because one person does not need to manually gather messages, and it helps create a keepsake that the recipient can look back on. Overall, it makes team culture moments feel more intentional and fun.

  ### 3. Super Easy Setup and Customizable Boards That Make Adding Photos Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 26, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudoboard?**

It's super easy to set up, and easy to customize your message by adding photos, colors, etc. People who normally would not go through the trouble of adding images find it easy to do they always do it.

**What do you dislike about Kudoboard?**

It's a bit hard to find the right theme when creating a board. I'd love to be able to have search. Not related to kudoboard, but it's hard for me to go through and find the people that need to sign it. For example, if there's a distribution list I want but I want to add everyone except for the recipient,t this has to be done manually by me

**What problems is Kudoboard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping me create birthday, anniversary, going away cards in a super short amount of time. It also helps me be hands off with this and just trust that it'll bet sent.

  ### 4. Easy, Intuitive Kudoboard for Meaningful Celebrations and Team Milestones

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tammy V. | Executive Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 16, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudoboard?**

Kudoboard is very easy to use and intuitive, which makes it simple to set up and manage boards quickly. I mainly use it for birthdays, but I also appreciate how flexible the platform is for other occasions, such as celebrations, milestones, and team events. Overall, it’s a great way to bring people together and create something meaningful with minimal effort. Kudoboard integrates easily with our existing tools and communication channels, making it simple for employees to participate without additional setup.

**What do you dislike about Kudoboard?**

I honestly don’t have many downsides to mention. If anything, I’d love to see a wider variety of background options for the birthday boards, or a bit more rotation in the designs that are available. Overall, the platform works really well and continues to meet our needs.

**What problems is Kudoboard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Kudoboard solves the challenge of recognizing and celebrating employees in a meaningful way—especially when teams are remote or spread across locations. It replaces physical cards and last-minute emails with a centralized, easy-to-manage platform where everyone can participate. This saves time, increases engagement, and ensures no one is overlooked. For me, it streamlines the process of organizing birthdays and other celebrations while still making them feel personal and thoughtful.

**Reviewed by:** Kaitie H. | HR Business Partner, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2026

Our team loves that they can include a picture or a meme. Very easy to use. We've used these for many moments, such as birthdays, sympathy, promotions, and other moments in people's lives.

**What do you dislike about Kudoboard?**

I wish we could do more than 10 people without paying, but understand the company needs to make a profit.

**What problems is Kudoboard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our group and district are very spread out, so getting together to send something is much easier than a card. It also autosends on their birthday or whenever we want to send it, so we can be proactive in getting them put together.

There are a variety of options to generate kudos for the team. Plus just the name "kudoboard" is a encouraging thing to see in the inbox when the card is sent to the recipient.

One needs to be mindful of the scheduler function so the card is sent according to the needs.

**What problems is Kudoboard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A group can commend or celebrate within the virtual platform, which solves the impact of isolation that is caused by everyone on your team working "away" from each other.

  ### 7. Easy Group Collaboration and Scheduling, but Limited Use Cases Beyond Celebrations

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2026

Easy group collaboration to allow for group input. Easy to navigate for scheduling to send on a specific date. Fun backgrounds and selections. Simple to pull in GIFs, etc., for celebrations. Overall, easy navigation on UI.

**What do you dislike about Kudoboard?**

Not sure how else to be using Kudoboard other than group sentiment on celebrations, bereavements, etc.

**What problems is Kudoboard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Online method to bring together multiple stakeholders to write on a board together to send to one individual. Makes it very easy to share internally as well as distribute to the stakeholder. Simple way to bring people together for this company culture need.

  ### 8. Makes Group Cards Effortless in a Large Office

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carrie R. | Admin, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 24, 2026

**What do you like best about Kudoboard?**

We work in a large office so it is much easier to circulate a card electronically and those who want to sign it are able to. MUCH easier than circulating a paper card. Also the ease of delivering it to the recipient. I have the account, I can create the card and then just send the link out for others to add their message. We have used it frequently lately.

**What do you dislike about Kudoboard?**

I wish they would add a few more backgrounds for each category.

**What problems is Kudoboard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It takes away the need to circulate and keep up with a paper card, and it easily delivers the card to the recipient.

**What do you dislike about Kudoboard?**

It would be nice to get discount coupons for frequent users.

**What problems is Kudoboard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem solved is that I have a team that is all telecommute. They are all in different states. Using Kudoboard allows us to recognize and include everyone in events where I use Kudoboard.
