## KUDO Reviews
 ### 1. Reliable On-Site Interpretation Tool, Lacks German Leisure Compliance Customization

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Staehler E. | Guest Experience & Facility Operations Manager, Recreational Facilities and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 21, 2026

**What do you like best about KUDO?**

KUDO’s automatic session logging is indispensable for our DSGVO compliance. It captures each guest’s translation access timestamps and consent records automatically, removing hours of manual spreadsheet work before official audits. The central scheduling dashboard lets me allocate interpreters for overlapping corporate and tourist events in one place, cutting tedious email back-and-forth drastically compared to our old rental headsets.

**What do you dislike about KUDO?**

No pre-formatted export templates built for German leisure park DSGVO audits, so I have to manually rework raw log files every time. Exporting multi-year visitor translation archives is noticeably slow. There is no native link to our booking CRM, meaning I manually copy over group attendee lists to cross-check compliance records.

**What problems is KUDO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We replaced scattered rented translation hardware with KUDO. It unifies interpreter planning and auto-generates traceable visitor session data, streamlining multilingual event coordination while fully covering our legal privacy documentation obligations.

 ### 2. Breaks Language Barriers, But Needs Smoother Setup

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Harshit V. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about KUDO?**

I use KUDO mainly to keep up with international meetings and webinars where people speak different languages. It’s super helpful for following along in real-time without feeling lost when the speaker switches away from English. The best part is how seamless the audio switching feels; you just pick your language, and it blends right into the meeting. It’s also surprisingly clear—the audio quality doesn't get distorted or robotic like some other translation tools I've tried. Being able to participate in a high-level discussion without worrying about a language gap just makes the whole experience way less stressful. It saves me a ton of time because I don't have to wait for a translated transcript or a summary afterward; I get the info right then and there, making remote work feel a lot less isolating. Using KUDO with Microsoft Teams is really convenient because you can just add it as a tab without switching windows to change languages. Overall, it just feels way more professional compared to relying on standard Zoom translation or hired translators.

**What do you dislike about KUDO?**

The biggest issue is definitely the setup process; it can feel a bit clunky and takes a minute to get everyone synced up properly. If your internet connection dips even a little, the audio can sometimes stutter or lag behind the video, which gets distracting during a fast-paced conversation. I also think the mobile app could use some work. It’s not quite as smooth as the desktop version, and the interface feels a little outdated. It’d be great if they made it more intuitive so you don't have to hunt around for the language settings while the meeting is already moving.

**What problems is KUDO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use KUDO to overcome language barriers in international meetings. It provides real-time translation, preventing delays and misunderstandings. It saves me time and makes remote work less isolating by allowing me to engage seamlessly in discussions.

 ### 3. KUDO’s Multilingual Interpretation Makes International Meetings Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** ALISHETTI S. | Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 04, 2026

**What do you like best about KUDO?**

What I like most about KUDO is its multilingual interpretation support. It makes communication much easier during international meetings and helps participants follow the discussion comfortably in their preferred language

**What do you dislike about KUDO?**

One thing I don’t like about KUDO is that the interface can take some time to get used to, especially if you’re a first-time user. The navigation isn’t as intuitive as it could be, and I sometimes find myself having to look around to figure out where things are. A simpler, more straightforward layout and overall experience would make it much easier to use.

**What problems is KUDO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

KUDO helps overcome language barriers in meetings and events by enabling people who speak different languages to communicate clearly and effectively. This improves collaboration and makes it easier for everyone to stay engaged and follow the discussion from start to finish

 ### 4. Empowering Multilingual Communication with Ease

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Neel R. | Account Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 30, 2026

**What do you like best about KUDO?**

Overall, the experience with KUDO has been very positive. I really like how effectively it supports multilingual communication, which is a key feature I look for. It's also very easy to use, providing a smooth and professional experience for both organizers and attendees, especially during international events and webinars. I especially love the live interpretation capabilities, the user-friendly interface, and the strong audio quality. The event management tools and the flexibility it offers for hosting global meetings and conferences are great. Overall, it makes communication much more accessible for a diverse audience and helps create a more inclusive experience.

**What do you dislike about KUDO?**

Overall, the experience has been very positive. But there is still some room for improvement in advanced reporting in particular. Customization options could be much better, and the overall integration with third-party because we use a lot of third-party integration. So it could be obviously much better. And then some administrative settings and advanced feature could also be more intuitive, for, you know, first-time users or event organizers like us.

**What problems is KUDO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

KUDO simplifies multilingual communication during virtual and hybrid events, enhancing global team collaboration. It reduces language barriers in meetings and conferences while improving attendee engagement, serving as a centralized, all-in-one event management platform.

 ### 5. Essential Tool for Multilingual Communication, Needs Better Integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcely V. | Office Manager, Executive Office, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 14, 2026

**What do you like best about KUDO?**

I like how reliably KUDO delivers smooth, near-instant simultaneous interpretation without the lag or audio glitches that I've experienced with other tools. KUDO consistently provides the clarity and professionalism needed for our high-level client and stakeholder meetings. I really appreciate how easy it is to use for both organizers and participants. Staff can set up a multilingual meeting in just a few clicks, and attendees simply select their language from a clean, intuitive interface. This ease of use means no complicated training or technical support is needed, saving our admin team a huge amount of time. The initial setup was surprisingly straightforward and easy for our team.

**What do you dislike about KUDO?**

While KUDO is a valuable tool for our multilingual executive office needs in Kassel, it has several areas that need improvement. First, its integration with existing meeting tools (Microsoft Teams and Zoom) is inconsistent, with frequent glitches. For example, when switching to screen sharing or video mode, the interpretation audio may cut out unexpectedly, forcing us to pause the meeting to troubleshoot—this is unprofessional in high-stakes executive settings where efficiency is key. Second, interpretation setting customization is limited. We cannot independently adjust the volume of the interpreter’s audio separate from the main speaker, leading to audio imbalance during meetings. Additionally, we cannot save custom language presets for recurring multilingual meetings, which adds unnecessary administrative work, as we have to reselect language options every time.

**What problems is KUDO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

KUDO solves multilingual communication barriers by providing smooth, real-time interpretation for client and stakeholder meetings, reducing costs and miscommunication. It saves us from booking interpreters, ensures clarity in high-level talks, and is easy to integrate into existing software.

 ### 6. Breaks Language Barriers, Needs User-Friendliness

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kapil S. | Project manager, Information Technology and Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 24, 2026

**What do you like best about KUDO?**

I like KUDO's real-time language interpretation, which removes language barriers and ensures everyone understands the discussions clearly during meetings. The seamless integration with Microsoft Teams and other meeting platforms means there is no need for separate tools, and this makes the participant experience simple. KUDO also improves inclusivity and collaboration by enabling non-native speakers to participate confidently and contribute meaningfully in multilingual sessions.

**What do you dislike about KUDO?**

Some advanced features can feel complex for first-time users and may require guidance during initial setup. The experience can also depend on interpreter availability and scheduling for specific languages. Additionally, pricing and licensing flexibility could be improved for smaller or less frequent use cases. Specific issues include audio quality troubleshooting, webinar/large event settings, and interpreter console controls.

**What problems is KUDO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

KUDO removes language barriers with real-time interpretation, ensuring clear communication in global meetings. It integrates seamlessly with platforms like MS Teams, improving collaboration and inclusivity by enabling participation from non-native speakers, which enhances decision-making and meeting effectiveness.

 ### 7. Bridges Language Gaps Seamlessly, But Needs UI and Audio Enhancements

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Abhoy T. | Customer Success Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 28, 2026

**What do you like best about KUDO?**

I like KUDO because it makes communication across languages very simple and stress-free. It's great to be able to speak my own language and still be understood by everyone. It saves a lot of time and removes the hassle of arranging interpreters.

**What do you dislike about KUDO?**

I think KUDO can be improved in a few areas. The user interface could be more intuitive, especially for people who are using it for the first time. The audio call quality should also be a bit better. I think it could improve by adding more automation like AI-based translation, which could reduce dependence as well.

**What problems is KUDO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use KUDO to overcome language barriers in meetings with European clients. It allows me to communicate easily in global meetings without confusion, saving time and eliminating the hassle of arranging interpreters.

 ### 8. Truly Collaborative Multilingual Meetings, But Pricing Could Be Better

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Murad D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 23, 2026

**What do you like best about KUDO?**

I like how KUDO eliminates language barriers without disrupting our workflow. It’s incredibly reliable for real-time interpretation and works smoothly with Zoom and Teams. I appreciate that it lets us switch between AI and professional interpreters depending on the meeting. The audio quality is clear, delays are minimal, and our global teams can communicate naturally instead of struggling through broken translations. It makes international meetings feel inclusive, efficient, and truly collaborative. The consistency and ease of use are what make it stand out for B2B global teams. Additionally, its real-time interpretation eliminates delays and miscommunication, saving us hours each week and keeping decisions moving faster.

**What do you dislike about KUDO?**

One area where KUDO could improve is in its pricing structure for on-demand professional interpreters, especially for smaller or more frequent meetings. The premium interpreter tiers can add up quickly, making it less cost-effective for teams with high-volume, daily multilingual needs.

**What problems is KUDO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

KUDO eliminates language barriers and miscommunication in cross-border meetings, speeding up communication and decision-making. It enhances collaboration, reduces confusion, and makes global meetings more inclusive and efficient by allowing real-time interpretation for all participants.

**What do you like best about KUDO?**

I use KUDO for voice translation, and it translates more than 9 languages, which is very important for me. It helps in language translation for foreign trips and professional work. I find it very useful because it is quite 'cool' in multilingual translation. The initial setup of KUDO was very easy, and I would recommend it to friends or colleagues with a ten out of ten rating.

**What do you dislike about KUDO?**

It only uses limited languages and also charges more money.

 ### 10. User-Friendly with Language Barrier Solutions

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 29, 2026

**What do you like best about KUDO?**

I love how KUDO takes notes during meetings and translates jargon, helping us overcome language barriers. It’s very user-friendly—simple to use, yet still unique. I also appreciate that it doesn’t just translate verbally; it provides a written transcript as well, which is really helpful. It’s great that I can easily access it on my phone, and the setup was easy and seamless. I really appreciate how it integrates with Zoom and Microsoft Teams, so it fits smoothly into our existing software and workflows. Overall, the AI features help streamline communication, especially in fast-paced meetings.

**What do you dislike about KUDO?**

Sometimes it delays, and at other times the translation is slow or doesn’t come through completely. The accuracy of the text and the context also isn’t always correct.

**What problems is KUDO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

KUDO helps solve language barriers by taking notes, translating jargon, and providing written transcripts, which makes meetings run more smoothly. I appreciate how user-friendly it is, and how easy it is to access on my phone. Without the tool, conversations can be delayed or misunderstood, or they may require a follow-up; otherwise, we would end up using Google Translate. All of these options slow down decision-making.

I really appreciate how KUDO makes communication easy in different languages with its real-time interpretation feature, allowing everyone to follow the conversation smoothly without confusion. The platform's simplicity also stands out to me—joining meetings and switching language channels is straightforward. It makes international events feel more inclusive and professional. Also, the initial setup was so easy.

**What do you dislike about KUDO?**

Latency in high-traffic situations: During large-scale events with a high volume of participants, there can be occasional latency issues in the real-time interpretation. This might cause a slight delay between the speaker's words and the interpreted audio reaching the attendees, which could disrupt the natural flow of conversation. Connectivity dropouts: In some cases, especially in regions with less-stable internet connections, there may be brief connectivity dropouts. This could lead to interrupted interpretation, which is particularly problematic during important parts of a presentation.

I found the initial setup of KUDO quite easy, which was a relief and made it hassle-free to get started with the software.

**What do you dislike about KUDO?**

I have not found KUDO to benefit my business so far, despite using it for a year. I've struggled to identify use cases where it can solve business problems effectively. I'm not inclined to purchase KUDO again, largely because it hasn't shown particular usefulness or unique features that stand out to me. The suggestion for improvement would be to make it an on-premises solution, which might better align with my business needs.

**What problems is KUDO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

 ### 42. Intelligent translation platform, worry-free technical terms

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Cameron D.

**Reviewed Date:** December 19, 2025

**What do you like best about KUDO?**

I like the flexible switching of dual-engine translation. Using AI real-time translation in daily cross-national team meetings is low-cost and responsive, making it very practical for high-frequency communication needs. In high-value scenarios, you can switch to human interpretation with one click to ensure the accuracy of complex sentences and industry-specific language, avoiding risks caused by translation ambiguities. The custom terminology library is also a very good feature, supporting the upload of enterprise-specific terms, which the system prioritizes for recognition and translation, especially in cross-border manufacturing meetings, improving accuracy by more than 60% compared to general translation tools. Additionally, KUDO's initial setup is simple and easy, with no technical barriers for ordinary users on the meeting translation platform, and KUDO Operator is easy to master for DevOps personnel with basic skills.

**What do you dislike about KUDO?**

Operation and Experience: Poor mobile adaptation, multi-device synchronization delay. Subtitles on mobile devices are prone to stuttering, and under weak network conditions (such as at overseas exhibitions), subtitle delays of 5-10 seconds often occur. When accessing from multiple devices (computer + mobile), subtitles are not synchronized, leading to information gaps for participants across devices.

**What problems is KUDO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use KUDO to obtain AI real-time translation and professional human interpretation, ensuring terminology consistency, saving costs, and improving accuracy. It can also automatically generate reports to optimize operations. The system's custom terminology database enhances translation precision, which is particularly helpful for accurate communication in cross-border meetings.

**What do you like best about KUDO?**

KUDO offers real-time interpretation and translation services for remote and in-person meetings, conferences, webinars, and other events. The platform supports over 100 languages and allows participants to communicate seamlessly in their preferred language.

**What problems is KUDO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Traditional interpretation services can be expensive and require additional logistics, such as hiring interpreters and providing interpretation equipment. KUDO's cloud-based platform eliminates these costs and logistical challenges, making multilingual communication more accessible and affordable.KUDO allows users to join a meeting or event in their preferred language and provides live interpretation in multiple languages. ### 44. Simultaneous interpretation of online meetings with excellent Team integration

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ondrej K. | Business Development Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2023

**What do you like best about KUDO?**

KUDO was one of the first companies to offer the ability to delivery simultaneous interpretation of online meetings. When we used them, they were the very first to be able to deliver this functionality via a MS Teams plugin. This allowed us to host a multi-language conference for people across the world, delivering simultaneous interpretation (of high quality) without having to use a for-interpreting specific platform as is usual with other similar solutions we have tried. The integration with MS Teams was the thing that won us over, and it was a good choice.

**What do you dislike about KUDO?**

The pricing model is based on an amount of prepaid credits, which is kind of a barrier for entry into the service since you have to prepay several thousands of USD, while still not being certain if you're going to stick with using the service or end it after a few meetings.

**What problems is KUDO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

KUDO allows you to have simultaneously interpreted online meetings, either on their own platform, or right within the platform you use (MS Teams for example) using an interpretation plugin they produce.

Sometimes with zoom there was a bit of a lag. However when you restarted it it worked fine after that.

**What problems is KUDO solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was great as we were able to host global meetings in one go rather than having to host lots of separate ones and it meant we all felt better connected with one another,

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food Production | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2023

**What do you like best about KUDO?**

Easy to book interpreters, and they are good.
The support team was pretty reactive when we had issues (and we had multiple time).
The sales team is reactive, although restrained by the company policies.

**What do you dislike about KUDO?**

Teams integration is not really great, for exemple you cannot switch to another tab without losing interpratation. No support for guest accounts. No support for powerpoint live.
You must buy huge credits package every year, if you don't you lose your previous credits ! And since this year, the minimum package is 50h worth of credits.

Kudo allow us to have live interpretation during hour meetings, making possible to book interpreters within a few clicks.
