What do you like best about KrispCall?

What problems is KrispCall solving and how is that benefiting you?

Thank you for your review! We appreciate your positive comments about KrispCall's affordability and excellent customer support.

Regarding the concern about credits being charged for unanswered calls, KrispCall doesn’t “listen” to your calls. The system determines the completion of a call based on the transfer of audio data, and it generally does not take actions based on the content of that audio. In essence, our service provider considers a call to be completed if any audio data is returned, even if it's a service message from the operator.
