**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I like that Krisp can automatically handle tasks like summarizing without needing me to actively think about it. It also creates a transcript of the meeting, which is super helpful when I don't understand something during the meeting or don't remember it afterward. The ability to return to the transcript is definitely valuable. Plus, setting up Krisp was easy.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

One thing is that when I'm also using my voice, Krisp starts recording, and that's something I'm struggling to disable. I know there are some options, but it's not very user-friendly.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Krisp for meeting voice clarity. The automatic summarization without any effort and access to meeting transcripts help when I don't understand or remember parts of the meeting.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

The noise cancellation and ease-of-use (specifically with setting up the noise cancellation, can't comment on the rest) is unmatched.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

I wish I could have a lightweight variant of Krisp that just has the noise cancellation features, it is the one and only thing I care about. I don't want a calendar, I don't need AI summaries of my meetings, I don't need to convert my accent to another accent (???), I just want to cancel out background noise. Which is a pretty ludicrous thing to charge a subscription fee for to begin with, given that 100% of the processing happens on my own machine.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Noise cancellation. Helps me not have to worry about noisy surroundings when I'm on calls.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I use Krisp for transcribing work meetings, and it saves me time on having to manually write everything so I can focus on the calls as they're happening. I like that it's always in the background and works well. I use it as a backup if my other note taker doesn't work, and I like the quality of the audio it helps with. The initial setup was really simple, I just downloaded it, followed the instructions, and was all set. I still use it daily for work calls.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I use Krisp for recording my meetings and for noise cancellation. Whenever I have calls, it makes sure to cancel both my noise and the noise of the person I'm talking to. It records all the meetings, and the great thing is it not only transcribes but also keeps the full recording. It acts as storage and as a memory of all the recordings I've done in the past, so whenever I need to get back to them, I just search in the database, find the recording, and refresh my memory. It has really diverse functionality, a really good transcription service, and the noise cancellation is state of the art. The high quality transcriptions help because the nuance is in them — when the transcription is of high quality, you can export the transcripts, analyze them, store them, and get back to them whenever there is a need, so that's a really helpful feature. I'm an old user, so I've been using Krisp for quite a long time, and they have improved it a lot. The initial setup was very smooth.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

I think they could have better segmentation for the data they record. I'd like the segmentation to work according to the topics that were discussed, like personal topics, work topics, and so on. And then you could classify them as important or not very important. They could also provide better action items and better reminders on some of the activities that get mentioned during the calls.

I use Krisp to cancel both my noise and the other person's noise on calls, and to record my meetings. It transcribes and keeps the full recording, acting as storage and memory. When I need to get back to someone, I search the database, find the recording, and refresh my memory.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I love the ease and simplicity of Krisp. It seamlessly cancels noise for both myself and the person I'm speaking with, and it also provides conversation summaries in various formats. It has become my digital notetaker, capturing entire conversations in detail—far more than I could with a pen.  I particularly appreciate its multilingual support, which accommodates Dutch, English, and other languages. The generous storage capacity is also essential for my work.  Krisp is constantly improving with regular updates and integrates effortlessly with Zoom, Teams, and StreamYard. It automatically appears whenever I use my microphone, ready to provide a summary or answer questions through the AI chat.  Setting up Krisp was incredibly easy. I used to use Otter, but I find Krisp much more intuitive, as it integrates with different tools automatically without any manual setup. I'm definitely more Krisp-minded now.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I use Krisp for noise cancellation and live captions. It helps me with the noise from my baby and my animals, and when I can't understand something, I just look at the live captions. What I like the most is how accurate it is with the live captions and its AI for summaries. Once, I was helping a person with facial paralysis, and on the other line, there was someone with a very heavy accent that was barely understandable, and the live captions were my salvation. They help me save time and confirm points that stand out in conversations; if I didn't understand something, I can confirm with the summary, and if it's in the moment, I resolve it with the live captions, I love it. Krisp's AI summaries have helped me stay more active and save time, especially in important meetings with my boss, avoiding repetition of what is said and preventing awkward moments. I value everything about the live captions, especially the accuracy and speed, as well as the ability to detect languages simultaneously. I also like how user-friendly it is and how easy it is to understand and use. The initial setup was very easy, a 5-year-old could use it without any problem. I use it with Microsoft Teams and would recommend it with a 10.

I have had issues with the live captions: sometimes they freeze or remain active even when the meeting ends.

I use Krisp mainly for one-on-one meetings, and it helps me eliminate background noise like keyboard chatter and background voices. I like how easy it works. It just turns itself on anytime I join a meeting, so I don't have to mess with it. It gives me peace of mind that people in my meetings aren't hearing anything distracting or unhelpful background noise. The setup was easy too. I don't think I had to do any adjusting at all. It seemed pretty straightforward and streamlined. I'd give it a 10 and recommend it to everybody that seems to have any issues around background noise.

I use Krisp for meetings, mainly for voice cancellation and the AI notes. Since I work in a co-working space with friends, it helps reduce background noise and the noise of my colleagues who are often in meetings around me. I like how easy it is to use and that it's a very quick setup for most meeting platforms, including Google Meet, Zoom, and Teams. It was pretty much plug and play. The first time I used Teams with a vendor, I didn't really have to do any additional setup, and it helped to reduce background noise on my end since I had other people around me doing meetings at the same time. The setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

One time, my summary was as long as the transcript.","Having a more concise summary would be great. So it'd be great to get a summary that's maybe about 10–20% of the transcript so it's easier to read than the whole transcript."}

I use Krisp to eliminate background noise during important meetings, and it eliminates almost all background noise. What I like most is what it promises to do with noise suppression. It helps while I'm traveling in noisy places so I can still take meetings professionally, when it works and doesn't interfere with my talking. For example, if I'm in a cafe, every time the steamer is used on the coffee machine or the grinder grinds coffee, people don't hear it, which is amazing. I also couldn't really find anything else like it.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

What I like most is how seamlessly it works in the background across any app, whether it's Zoom, Google Meet, or Teams. The noise cancellation is impressively accurate; it removes background noise without making my voice sound robotic or distorted, so I don't have to worry about distracting sounds like keyboard clicks, traffic, or office noise affecting call quality. The meeting transcription is also really accurate, and having action items automatically highlighted saves a lot of post-meeting work. It captures everything automatically, so I can stay focused on the conversation rather than scrambling to write things down. The voice clarity feature is another standout, since it enhances the speaker's voice so even people calling from noisy or low-quality microphone setups sound clearer. I also appreciate how lightweight the app is; it doesn't noticeably impact system performance during calls. The dashboard showing usage stats and meeting summaries is a nice touch too. It works universally across all apps rather than being tied to one platform, and the cross-platform consistency was a major factor for me. It's hardware-agnostic and app-independent with transcription built right in, and it pairs well with Slack, Notion, and Google Docs, plus any browser-based communication tool, which makes it very versatile. The initial setup was very straightforward, taking just a few minutes to download and install, and the app automatically detected my audio devices. The onboarding walkthrough clearly explained how to set Krisp as the virtual microphone and speaker. No technical expertise was needed, and it worked right out of the box. Deploying it across the team was equally simple. Krisp genuinely improves the quality of remote communication and saves time with its transcription features.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

A few things could be improved with Krisp. The free tier is quite limited in terms of meeting minutes for transcription, so frequent users like me get pushed toward a paid plan fairly quickly. Occasionally the noise cancellation can clip or cut out parts of speech in very noisy environments. The app can also sometimes have a slight delay before activating at the start of a call. I'd also welcome better integration with calendar apps for automatic meeting scheduling and note-sharing.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I started using Krisp initially for noise cancellation and it's been a game changer for me. Given how much I travel and work remotely, it's helped tremendously with cancelling out background noise when I'm on a call in an airport or at a coffee shop. I also use it to ensure I can focus better during meetings without having to take manual notes. I love that it just operates in the background without annoying notifications or having to join meetings as a bot. It just makes everything easier and better. I love the mobile app and the fact that I can dial using Krisp now. I've been using Krisp since 2019 as an early adopter, and it's changed everything for me. The noise cancellation was industry-leading before other tools had it, and now the AI has gotten so good. I even use the live meeting app on my phone for transcribing meetings when meeting people for coffee.

I personally use a Mac and it's great. My work computer is a PC and Krisp slows things down and makes my meeting experience choppy sometimes, especially in Google Meet.

I’ve been using Krisp since it first came out, and I still haven’t disliked anything about it. In fact, they update the app regularly and keep adding new features, which makes it even more productive for me. Krisp really is a gem.

I work from home, and there’s often background noise—like traffic from the adjacent road and, at times, noise from nearby construction—that I need to block out. Krisp does a fantastic job filtering those annoying sounds and makes me sound professional on every call.

I like that it just runs in the background without me having to do anything with it. I also like that I can access the recordings through the MCP using an LLM. With the MCP, it lets me access the recordings via cloud, so I can use that to summarize in reporting, or take action items and work directly from them. The main thing it solves for me is removing background noise for my calls. The initial setup was very easy.

I’m able to use Krisp in a very unobtrusive way. Unlike other products that need to be “set up” before you can use them, Krisp is simple to start—I can just turn it on and lay the phone on the table.

I really wish I could use my Apple Watch to record, instead of always needing to have my phone available.

I love how Krisp blocks out the noise of my child screaming and crying, allowing me to have very productive sessions. People on the other end don't have to hear the chaos, which is the main reason I like it. It's done a great job. I've asked for feedback, and they've never heard any disturbances when my kid is upset on my end. It gives me peace of mind knowing that during intense personal issues, others don't have to hear that, letting us be present and focus on what's important. I just use Krisp for the basic noise cancellation, and it does a great job. Also, the initial setup was super easy, thanks to the tutorial. I'm very likely to recommend Krisp to a friend or colleague.

Sometimes it messes with my audio settings, and I'll have to reset it.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I use Krisp every day for work meetings, and it does an unbelievable job of eliminating background noise, like when my three dogs bark. I’ve been using it for six years. Noise cancellation is the main reason I rely on it. I have dogs and kids, and no one could tell. I also appreciated being able to avoid making it obvious that I had a call recorder, which was a real plus.

- The new updates with 'outline' aren't as comprehensive

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I use Krisp for call transcripts and to reduce noise around me, which really helps me stay professional during calls even in a noisy environment. I love having a single place for all my transcripts instead of handling Gemini and Zoom separately. Plus, I can do transcription and notes for software and websites that don't support meeting reports or don't have a browser version. The ability to transcribe for native apps and use action items and tags to organize my meeting notes is incredibly valuable. Having everything in a single place is already a big win. The initial setup was surprisingly easy, way easier than I thought.

Aggregating multiple calendar accounts

I use Krisp to reduce noise during calls, keep transcripts in one place, and transcribe apps without browser versions. It helps me stay professional in noisy environments.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I have been using Krisp for 3 years to remove noise during meetings. I like how it eliminates any side or external noise, making my meetings more professional and formal easily without the need for complex technical details. I like the ease of installation and use, as well as its support for different devices on various operating systems. I can install it in seconds regardless of the operating system, and when I switch from my work device to my home device, it works simply without any issues or glitches. I recommend it to my team, and they were using the virtual noise cancellation on Zoom, but it wasn't enough. Now, thanks to Krisp, their matters are easier and more effective.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

There is none.

Use Krisp to remove noise around me during meetings, making them professional and formal easily without complexity.

The noise-cancelling is stellar. It came in handy when I was riding in a car and needed to have an quiet environment for a call.

I don't like the auto-recording on transcription. I would prefer that it ask me if it should transcribe a call for me

I have clear video calls even in environments where it might have been impossible otherwise

I dont have any issues with krisp at all, a suggestion would be to maybe allow me to use my own voice to do the language changing but even that is not a problem, I have used it before and it has been amazing.

I like Krisp's background voice and noise cancellation feature. It is really the core feature I use Krisp for.

Sometime is is resource intensive and feels sluggish at times.

I either work from home or office without a separate meeting room. That creates an issue of background noise and other people noise in virtual meetings. I primarily use Krisp to overcome this issue.

Krisp is excellent at noise canceling for My meeting and interpretation calls I use wireless headsets and krisp interact with them perfectly well if I am way from My computer I am able to mute krisp from My headsets

It is perfect, just the accent convertion it ll be Nice to have more accents available besides indian

I love being able to take unexpected calls when I'm in the middle of a job, because I don't have to break off what I'm doing- krisp records the call so I can come back to it later.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

Sometimes, after a call, it takes a while to load.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manually writing meeting notes, recording voice notes, and then typing them- a time saver.
