**What do you like best about Krisp?**

Other than having a clean audio which was the primary reason i bought Krisp, it also transcribes all of my meetings, captures detailed notes, and generates summaries when i needed to. Also, Krisp's AI has been a big help, it helps me create action items and meeting recaps at the end of each session, making it easy to share takeaways with my colleagues. 

Its interface has also been made easy to navigate and i can easily go through my meetings and review the summaries if i wanted to.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

The only major concern i have is the pricing, it has significantly increased since COVID days. To be honest, i am not entirely sure anymore if i will be renewing once my subscription will expire this year.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit for me has been how clean it makes my audio. I've been genuinely impressed since I started using it.

I work from home in the Philippines, where background noise is a part of daily life, barking dogs, crowing roosters, noisy neighbors, and other distractions are pretty common. Despite that, Krisp does an excellent job of filtering out those sounds, allowing me to conduct meetings and online training sessions without participants hearing the noise in the background.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

What I like best about Krisp is how clearly it removes background noise during calls. It makes conversations sound more professional, especially when working from home or in places where there may be distractions. I also like that it is easy to use and works in the background without needing much setup.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

What I dislike about Krisp is that the billing and subscription management can feel unclear sometimes. For example, it may show a renewal date, but it is not always obvious whether a payment has already been charged, is pending, or will be charged later. I also wish changing or managing the payment method were easier, especially on mobile.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Krisp helps solve background noise and audio clarity problems during calls. It makes it easier for the other person to hear me clearly, even if there is noise around me. That benefits me because I work on calls and interpretation, so clear audio is very important. It helps me sound more professional, avoid misunderstandings, and stay focused during conversations.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I’ve been using Krisp for years, and I’m currently on an annual plan. It’s truly a must-have for a customer service agent like me who works from home. It’s very straightforward to use, and it reliably cancels background noise such as keyboard clicks, music, background chatter, and even raindrops. I also appreciate that it filters out noise from other people in meetings, so I can hear them more clearly.

The app is easy to navigate. I simply click the Krisp icon in the Windows taskbar system tray at the bottom right to open the mini widget window. Since my ears can get sore during long shifts, I sometimes switch from a headset to earbuds. Even when I’m using earbuds, I don’t worry that others will hear my background noise, and that extra peace of mind really boosts my confidence on calls.

I also like how much Krisp has evolved. It used to be mainly for noise canceling, but now it includes many features as an AI Meeting Assistant. I don’t use the Accent Conversion feature because I’m already confident with my accent, but it’s still nice to have available. The newer features I’ve tried are under the AI Note Taker, including options to transcribe, audio record, and screen record. You can play any video or audio recording and click record to transcribe it, or upload a video file and have Krisp transcribe it for you. I’m genuinely proud of the Krisp team for adding these features.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

Honestly, there isn’t much I dislike because Krisp has been great for me. The only issue I’ve noticed is that if I’m already in a meeting, the Record Live feature becomes unavailable since the audio stream is already in use. It would be really helpful if Krisp could record and transcribe a specific browser tab or application while I’m in a meeting in another app. I know that’s a pretty niche use case, but it would make multitasking a lot easier. Other than that, I genuinely don’t have any complaints. Krisp has become one of those apps I use every day without even thinking about it.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working from home as a customer service agent, one of my biggest concerns was background noise during calls. Keyboard clicks, people talking in the background, or even heavy rain used to make me worry that customers could hear everything.

Krisp completely changed that for me. It filters out background noise really well, and I’ve also noticed it reduces noise coming from the other person’s side too, which makes conversations much clearer overall. Since I started using it, I’ve felt a lot more confident on calls. Even when my ears get sore and I switch from my headset to a pair of earbuds, I don’t have to worry about customers hearing what’s going on around me. Instead of stressing about noise in the background, I can focus on helping the customer.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I have been using Krisp for quite a long time, primarily for my online classes, and it has genuinely become one of the most useful applications on my laptop. As a college student who frequently attends virtual lectures, group meetings, presentations, and online discussions, having clear audio is extremely important. Krisp has made a significant difference in the quality of my online communication.

The feature I appreciate the most is its AI-powered noise cancellation. I often study from home, where background noises such as electric fans, conversations, traffic, barking dogs, and other household sounds can easily interrupt meetings. With Krisp enabled, those distractions are effectively removed, allowing my professors and classmates to hear my voice clearly. It also works well in the opposite direction by filtering out background noise from other participants, making it much easier to focus during long classes.

Another thing I love is how easy it is to use. The interface is clean, intuitive, and doesn't require complicated setup. It integrates smoothly with the platforms I use every day, including Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. Once configured, it simply works in the background without interrupting my workflow.

I also appreciate that Krisp is lightweight and doesn't noticeably slow down my computer during video calls. Even while multitasking with multiple applications open for schoolwork, it continues to perform reliably. The audio quality remains consistent, and I've rarely experienced issues while using it.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

Overall, my experience with Krisp has been very positive, but there are a few areas where I think it could improve.

The biggest limitation for me is the restriction on the free plan. As a student who spends several hours in online classes and meetings, I sometimes reach the usage limit faster than expected. While I understand the need for premium features, a slightly more generous free tier would be greatly appreciated by students and occasional users.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a college student, this has been especially beneficial during online lectures, group discussions, presentations, and project meetings. I no longer have to worry about interrupting a class because of noise in my environment, which gives me more confidence when participating in discussions or presenting. It also improves my listening experience by reducing background noise from other participants, helping me stay focused during long sessions.

Overall, Krisp has made my virtual learning experience more productive, less stressful, and more enjoyable. Instead of worrying about audio quality or finding a perfectly quiet place to attend meetings, I can focus on learning, collaborating with my classmates, and communicating effectively.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I cannot speak highly enough about Krisp. I love the noise canceling piece and honestly that's why I purchased it but I've been very impressed with the recording quality, transcript accuracy, the way it's able to summarize and extract action items. For the price, I feel it's unbeatable.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

Honestly, it's a really great software so I don't have much for feedback. There have been maybe two or three times over the past three years or so I've been using it where the transcript just did not populate. I think it was a result of closing the program too quickly after wrapping up a zoom call so I'm just more careful now but thought I'd mention in case it isn't just me.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Krisp is a huge time saver for me. I used to handwrite all of my notes, go type them up and spend hours refining to send to my clients. Now I can either just share the transcript and summary with clients or spend a little time extracting the main points Krisp puts together and create something nice to send to my clients. My after session process went from a ~3 hour process to maybe 1-hour tops. Secondly, because it is so accurate it's been really nice to go back and verify information as needed. I'm a money coach and there have been times where I've heard 1 thing, written down what I heard and in actuality the client said something else. Having that backup has been super helpful for me. Lastly, the noise piece. I like to live in apartments and travel a lot so having the background noise that neighbors and their dogs create cut out has been wonderful for my clients' experience.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I like that it's a simple program to use. It doesn't really have a lot of things I need to do to activate the noise canceling. It's a simple program to use, and it's not really that expensive either. I had a situation with my job, and my job requires me to have no background noise at all. On my first day of the job, I found out about Krisp and activated the program, and it has really helped me. I enjoy the simplicity of the program, and it runs well for the most part. I'm really grateful for about the pricing. I use it with Microsoft Teams for meetings. The initial setup was very easy. I didn't really have to do a lot, and I didn't have to go through a lot of issues installing Krisp. It's a really easy process.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

Krisp solves background noise for me, basically. My job requires no background noise at all, and on my first day I activated the program and it really helped. It's a simple program to use and not that expensive..

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

I work from home, and my office is right next to a bathroom, so I didn't want clients to hear any everyday household sounds. That's what led me to look for noise-cancelling software, and I found Krisp. It works incredibly well, even clapping my hands is completely filtered out. When my husband came home and saw me clapping in my office, he thought I'd lost my mind. I was just testing it.
The second thing that's helped me a lot is that Krisp automatically records and transcribes all my meetings and VoIP calls. Not a single word goes unregistered, which makes it so easy to look back for information or pull details into a CRM, email, and so on.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

With all the AI tools available these days, it took some trial and error to figure out the right sound settings so they wouldn't conflict with each other and Krisp could record and transcribe everything properly. I learned this the hard way: because I wasn't taking notes while Krisp was using the wrong settings, nothing got transcribed. It's all under control now, though. One other thing is that if background noise gets too loud, my own voice can sometimes get partly filtered out too, which makes sense, of course, but is still worth mentioning.

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Besides high-quality noise cancellation, Krisp solves the problem of trying to concentrate on meetings and interviews while taking proper notes at the same time, something I always found hard to do well and even harder to make sense of afterward. Since the transcription is so accurate, I never miss a word, and my meeting minutes and presentations are always spot on. I can always find information back, often even more than what I actually picked up on during the call itself. It makes building a knowledge base remarkably easy, and on top of that, it integrates with many business tools, including CRMs, workspaces, and AI software like Claude.

I use Krisp for my online French classes and it helps me eliminate all the little background noises at my place. It ensures that I can teach my students without any distractions concerning my environment. What I like the most is that Krisp reduces the surrounding noises without altering the quality of my voice. The initial installation was also very simple and very quick, I had no particular problems, everything was smooth.

Sometimes there are conflicts between the different microphone options and the quality of my calls can vary depending on whether I choose the Krisp microphone or my computer's microphone.

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

It's simple to use and set up, just let it open on startup select microphone and that is it, no fiddling for my use case and there are options for accent conversion which I could use if I so desire at any moment

I just leave it on all the time since it barely impacts my system's performance if at all, there's some occcasions where some low volume noises come through but really I cantrust that the other party on my calls won't be bothered at all by whatever noise happens on my side

So far it's been amazing price wise, absolutely worth the annual subscription and I will absolutely return if offered the same price

On integrations, my line of work does not really make use of them so I have not had the opportunity to try them out, likewise I have not had any need of support or training because it is just that easy to understand and no issues so far

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

Really, only a small issue with some low volume sounds, like some mouth sounds or phone noises that don't get caught before the Krisp microphone adapts.

It absolutely changed my way of working because now I don't have to worry about noise complaints and opened up so many possibilities of workplaces since noise levels don't matter anymore

**What do you like best about Krisp?**

As someone who jumps between Zoom, Teams, and Google Meet every day, keeping track of action items used to be a nightmare, but Krisp has become my non-negotiable companion.

The transcription feature is the standout. It doesn’t just capture words; it reliably differentiates between speakers and filters out background noise so effectively that transcripts are clean and readable as soon as the meeting ends. I no longer have to scramble to take notes while trying to lead a discussion — I simply hit "Record," and Krisp handles the rest, making follow-ups and accountability much easier.

**What do you dislike about Krisp?**

The biggest drawback for me is the inability to use Krisp on more than one computer at a time. I juggle three different machines depending on where I'm working, and having to constantly log out and back in is a workflow killer. For a tool that prides itself on being an 'AI companion,' it feels locked down. If I could pay a little extra for a 3-device plan, I would do it in a heartbeat

**What problems is Krisp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Active Listening vs. Note-Taking" Conflict

The Pain: You cannot fully engage in a conversation while simultaneously writing down every action item. You either miss what is being said, or you take poor notes.

How Krisp Solves It: It silently acts as a scribe in the background, capturing 100% of the dialogue without you lifting a finger.

The Benefit: You are fully present in the meeting. You ask better questions, respond faster, and leave the call without mental fatigue because you aren't juggling two tasks at once.
