What do you dislike about Novara Flex?

Since the first date we activated our account, we have had very little support. Our salesperson was wonderful, but when it came down to implementation, we struggled. We are almost one year in, and we are still trying to figure out how to work KPA. I am sure once we get integration done and we figure out all the bells in whistles it will be great ... at least I hope for the price tag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
