At the moment, I do not have any dislike, however I suggest implementing a overall reporting feature in the Chargeback tool, we need to retrieve details of all the chargebacks with details into one excel spreadsheet in order for us to document and review this information, however currently the platform does not have this feature, which is a bit frustrating. We previously had a major issue with chargebacks. Kount allowed us to stop the bleeding, but the ability to perform link analysis and flag/block returning fraudsters has ended up being an essential feature for our day to day operations. Our involvement with Kount reaches back over a decade and we have had no issues with them aside from expected (and rare) downtime, which is unavoidable from any company. Our main use case is flagging high-risk transactions for review, and being able to flag confirmed fraud in order to catch those individuals if they try returning for another attempt. The customer support is top notch and always extremely collaborative when we have a problem to solve for. Once you get the hang of their reporting tools, these are also super helpful. Kount is reviewing all of our transactions and greatly reducing the need for manual review. They've also helped us detect organized fraud attacks and prevent them from happening in the future.
