It also gives me the ability to prevent fraudsters from ever placing an order. **What do you dislike about Kount?** Kount's ability to link addresses is sometimes confusing, and apartment buildings and dormitories seem to confuse the system. **What problems is Kount solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are drastically reducing the number of chargebacks we receive using the reporting functions to create new rules in Kount. ### 3. Kount works great. We've been catching just about all fraud. Friendly fraud remains a challenge but we are still able to spot the majority with Kount. **What problems is Kount solving and how is that benefiting you?** Chargeback rate brought down from 7% to under 0.5%. ### 11. Our business is able to set up the rules around our products and our customers to combat CNP fraud. Kount also has easy reporting and you are able to see how the rules you have implemented are functioning. **What do you dislike about Kount?** There is really nothing I dislike about Kount. The tool is robust and user friendly. **Recommendations to others considering Kount:** Consider how much time you have for agents to devote to Kount.
