I prefer to have more guidance on what options they prefer / recommend. For isntance, I would have liked to know the shirt I was ordering was not a soft material and would shrink easily or that the snap on a bag was hard to close. Kotis Design is a one-stop shop! They have quality products to choose from and amazing customer service. I have a lead team I work with who are all very indecisive and asked for a ton of different products to review and then once they chose the products, they asked for a ton of edits. The only thing I disliked was that only a certain amount of items could be added to our showcase. Given my leadership team was so indecisive, it would have been nice to be able to offer them more of what they requested and Kotis could have possibly made further sales.
