I find that the platform is easy to navigate and that all of the information is presented clearly. Additionally, I really like that you can set-up multiple portals for various departments / projects / cohorts. I also really like that Kotis is able to handle all of the international shipping constraints. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The least useful part about Kotis is the new item notification system. Currently, I am sent a catalog by our Account Executive with a limited number of new items. It would be great if Kotis had an online cataloge that was updated with any / all new items and options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can always rely on Kotis Design. From reaching out to their team for support on conceptualizing a project down to any shipping problems and any other logistics.
They have a huge variety of items and they really work hard to make your ideas and vision come true!
The platform is well organised and super easy to use. The onboarding is great! I can go to the team for any questions and I've never had a problem not solved.

The team of people I work with at Kotis are great; they are collaborative, responsive (within reasonable time-frames), and genuinely strive to be helpful. Kotis' platform is really what sets them apart from competitots like Halo: they devleoped their own platform for pretty much all aspects of the process for reviewing options, approving proofs, placing orders, viewing inventory, etc. Compared to other companies where the same things would be accomplished by emailing 15MB PDFs around, this is a game changer. Kotis also has excellent customer service to help my customers get their items. Overall, Kotis is an excellent partner that I would reccomend to anyone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think this is more a limitation of the industry in general, but I'm sometimes surprised by the things Kotis *can't* order for me. There have been a few swag projects that I've needed to spin up on my own, which means more work for me. Or I want a product, and the company in question only offers some of their products, not the one I want. And if I'm forced to be critical, I might add that sometimes I wish Kotis responded a bit quicker to my emails, but their team is shared among multiple clients so I try to keep that in mind. The dedicated Customer Success Manager is very helpful and communicative to getting what I need for my company. Plus the easy to use customer interface makes it simple to track and manager products. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love that our team has a warehouse that we can utilize while being a fully remote company. I also love the ease of reordering swag once we have found something we love! There seem to be a lot of stock issues. There have been several times when I have approved artwork and then found out that the item is out of stock and unable to be ordered. I would also appreciate a swag library where I, as a customer, could search through different swag options that include pricing and MQL information. I appreciate the level of assistance provided in terms of being able to connect various employees within our organization to our Kotis Account Managers and they take the lead on helping them with their individual orders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We've had a lot of different account managers over the past couple years of working with Kotis, which sometimes causes an adjustment period. I also think sometimes requests can fall through the cracks and I have to check back in and follow up that updates or certain requests were received. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
