A lot of this work used to happen manually and now it is very seamless and efficient. The team is very prompt and on top of things. Integration with Salesforce is a huge plus. We've been growing quickly so our swag orders have increased rapidly, which means more bulk reorders, standing up new online stores for promotions, and dealing with returns/exchanges. Kotis has taken care of it all with minimal hiccups, even going so far as to help us build a streamlined process for managing all of our swag orders. Highly recommend Kotis for any company regularly shipping custom swag. **What do you dislike about Kotis Design?** There's a bit of a learning curve to their user interface as some things are not intuitively where one would look for certain functionality. **What problems is Kotis Design solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use Kotis to ship our users a welcome box when they join us. In our organization, we need swag items for tradeshows and then for employees. We can make separate stores with inventory that is specific to each. This makes it easy for the team members who manage those areas to go in and see what product we still have available. **What do you dislike about Kotis Design?** I don't like that in order to put new requests through you always have to work through your account team and you can't go to your portal to do it yourself. It would be great to have this option for items that you know you want to purchase and design that aren't highly complex swag boxes or new giveaways. **What problems is Kotis Design solving and how is that benefiting you?** Kotis helps us to easily ship our items globally with 0 hassle. Before we had all our inventory in our HQ office in CT which made it difficult to always send out items to tradeshows in the UK or our office in Australia. Now, we have Kotis store our inventory in their warehouse for easy shipping to those regions. When in-person events were happening we can even ship directly to hotels or show floors which was a big time saver. ### 22. There are times I have been unsure on an item and they're so great about sending samples out swiftly and making sure we are happy with purchases before committing to something we may not be in love with in person. **What do you dislike about Kotis Design?** Sometimes their catalog is so big and extensive that it make it hard to choose items that would be a good brand fit. My Kotis Design team is always transparent with me on the timelines and ability to create certain products. The portal is amazing in order to see current inventory, proofs, showcases--everything is in one spot! **What do you dislike about Kotis Design?** There are sometimes small glitches on where things should be shipped once ordered. I have worked with my team to correct that issue, with automatic shipping unless I specify otherwise. There have not been any other major issues. When anything is not going to plan, they let me know and we come up with the best solution. **Recommendations to others considering Kotis Design:** If you have questions about the capabilities, as your account representatives! I also have learned to use their design team, they are talented and can come up with fresh ideas you haven't thought of. Previously, I was working with over 20 vendors, running the web-store, and shipping orders myself. This has taken a lot of the ground work out, so I can focus on strategy and planning. Kotis made us multiple products, below is a highlight of each product and how its review: Mugs: Great Quality, these are great mugs and very consistent with no misprints! our office is full of them. Pens: The pens were not of the highest quality, the pen clips quickly broke off and the click to open the pen can break quickly as well. Tumblers: The tumblers, similar to the mugs, are great. They function well and are very consistent / durable. USBs: These are great! I have only had a few that act a little buggy when plugged in, but out of the 100's we have - they seem to work great Car Magnets: Poor quality, their strength was not adequate enough to hold a phone and therefore were useless and junky. Portable Chargers: Worked great, although they do not hold a long charge, they still do function well! **What do you dislike about Kotis Design?** Some of the products we received were fairly low quality and we were hesitant to give them to clients. Dislikes: -Low quality parts of pens -Car magnets for holding phones literally cannot hold phones! -some USB's had issues plugging in **What problems is Kotis Design solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed merch for our new business, and we used Kotis design to make mugs, pens, tumblers, and more to give out to people. We have enjoyed the benefit of having our name out there branded on gear that our clients now have. Kotis has helped us solve our lack of merchandise inventory in a quick fashion. These orders were placed and filed quickly. On top of this, the customer service was great when we received a batch of broken pens - they quickly remade our order! ### 25. She's very attentive, always seems positive, and quickly gets my last minute requests submitted quickly. I appreciate her dedication to the REX account considering she has many others to manage. **What do you dislike about Kotis Design?** Production time. It was quite a turn off when the sweatshirts we ordered took almost 6 months to be delivered, and then when they were delivered, to have the wrong colors/products on them. Sending them back and having them redelivered made the entire process even longer. Although it may have not been a kotis problem, more of a production problem, it reflected poorly on myself with our upper management team and all of the employees who were anxious to receive their merch. Also, I genuinely feel like the graphic design department needs improvement. It typically takes me designing something myself for the team to get it right and when I tell them to go crazy and be creatives... it's just not.
