Also, if something is missing from their website or you have a specific brand in mind, the account manager will reach out to other suppliers to get information. Their account management team provides excellent customer service. I've emailed my account manager multiple times asking for ideas for different events and get sent back an entire showcase of products to browse through without giving them much direction at the start. My account manager is always quick to respond as well. You also get a MyKotis account created for you to see the status of current orders, review past orders and invoices, see your current showcases, and check the status of payments. **What do you dislike about Kotis Design?** They don't list pricing, quantity discounts, or minimum quantities on their website. They are always quick to respond when I have an inquiry and when I'm not quite sure what I am looking for, are always happy to build me a showcase of different possibilities and artwork - and build multiple when my inside stakeholders keep changing their minds. Kotis even built me an online store when my company grew too global and too large to make sense to keep swag at offices. It was easy with Kotis. **What do you dislike about Kotis Design?** There's always downsides of swag companies but Kotis has the least of them so I feel like I can't really say anything too negative here. We are required to pay in advance before production can begin.
