This is a HUGE value add that some other swag companies dont offer. The admin dashboard itself is easy to use. We have done the redemption portal twice now for employee gifting and it's a breeze to coordinate. In addition, I have visbility of whose redemeed- the team even asks if they want to send reminder emails to those who havent redeemed. Production timelines are always impressive and I feel better than other vendors we've worked with. Customer Service support is also great for solving any ad hoc issues I have. **What do you dislike about Kotis Design?** Sometimes the quarterly shipping invoice can get a bit vague so it's hard to drill down exactly what gift the shipping drills down to. **What problems is Kotis Design solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to offer redemption codes on gifting is awesome. If any problems arise, they are solved quickly by this amazing team. 2. Quality. The quality of the products that we've gotten through Kotis have been excellent - you can tell they vet their vendors seriously and only provide customers with high quality goods. I manage the relationship and am also a user. I love the variety of options they offer in their showcases. Their internal design team is very creative and comes up with great ideas regarding how to brand merchandise. I find their online platform to be easy to use. I can see current inventory levels, place reorders, run reports, etc anytime I need to. Our associates find the portals easy to use to place orders.
